Benjamin at the desk is the hotel's greatest assist. He is welcoming and engaging. He meets any request promptly and happily. So he gets a 5 star rating. On Saturday morning however, there was no coffee until 7:20am and then it had to be requested to get made. Even if breakfast wasn't to start until 7, coffee should have been available much sooner than th start of breakfast. Also, all the trash cans quickly filled up a d were not emptied, coffe cup supply was depleted and we had to track someone down for more.

Liked the professionalism of the front desk staff and the breakfast staff. The whole experience was a class affair. Keep it up for when I will return. And I surely will.
