Car was broke in to the night of our stay. We were made to park in the overflow parking lot that is evidently not manned 24/7. The vandalism was caught on a neighboring camera but hotel not covering the damage. 3 other vehicles were vandalized the same night in the same lot. Get it together and stand up for your customers!!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Bar food was very good. The only complaint was that the walls and floors must be thin because the person in the room above us walking around woke us up after we went to bed and before we woke up in the morning.

Family Weekend in KC

We were in town meeting up with 2 of our kids for the weekend who attend Rockhurst and KU. We met in KC to see Nate Bargatze perform at The T-Mobile Center. The location of this hotel was perfect. We were able to take a short walk and get on the Main Street street car and ride it to the Power and Light District and also, Union Station. From those stops, we were able to walk just about anywhere. Because of the traffic and parking prices, we chose to walk to and from the T-Mobile Center and avoid all the after performance chaos. Our hotel room accommodated 5 adults with 2 queen beds and a pull-out. Don't expect a plush pull-out mattress ;) But that's never the case with a pull-out and we just needed a 5th sleeping spot. Other than that, it was plenty of space and comfort for everyone. I used the fitness center both mornings...clean, spacious, not crowded at all, and all the amenities I needed for my workouts. We ate breakfast on Saturday morning and it was delicious, something for everyone. It was quiet, but bright and cheery. We had happy hour in the bar Friday evening, and I spent some time in the lobby catching up on some work and it was a vibrant and comfortable space to set up. We could not be happier with our stay and will book at this Holiday Inn property again!!

A perfect place to stay downtown KCMO

Holiday Inn downtown Kansas City met every expectation for a great stay! Visited to go to a concert at T-Mobile, we were able to walk to the T-Mobile center, didn’t feel that it was sketchy at all, got there in about 12-14 minutes. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay downtown, Would be the spot here! The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, overall experience, five stars all the way! This will indeed be my go to hotel anytime I’m in town Kansas City, Missouri. I also had an opportunity to speak with a rep from the front desk named Isaac, he was extremely helpful and courteous, and showed much empathy on the situation with the mixup of billing. He was an outstanding staff member and I highly accommodate him for such great service! Thank you, Isaac! Its employees like you that represent such great customer service!

For $300 a night a view of the roof with birds was disappointing. All Holiday Inns I have stayed at had continental breakfasts and free drinks in the evening, this one did not. The staff was not very friendly. Only one person during check in, there were 5 of us waiting to check in. The room was spectacular, very pleased. $25 to park was a bit rediculous when we had already paid a high price for the night. They also charged my card prior to us getting there, I had wanted to put it on another card but they charged it already.
