Overall it was a great experience. Food was good and i was glad the pool was open for my kids to enjoy. All staff were nice, even when checking in at 11pm.

I am a disabled veteran and was forced to use stairs and made to let the fire department in the side door by the staff because the elevator was broken due to power outage. Expected a lot better from this hotel Worst hotel stay

Wonderful Stay!
I’m very impressed with the customer service. Everyone has been smiling and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic as well. I’ve had a very pleasant and memorable stay and would recommend others to stay here as well.

Hotel is half way between a "regular" hotel and an extended stay hotel (with a full kitchen). It is very clean. Neighborhood-wise, it is "on the edge". That is, you walk one direction and it's nice, but if you go the other way the neighborhood gets rather shabby quickly.
