It was underwhelming. So excited for this experience and it was meh. Went to Land Shark for dinner was seated right away. Left after 30 min because no one acknowledged us. There were barely any customers now I know why. Paid $80 to basically swim in a kids pool even though we were staying at the hotel. Glad I tried it, not going back. Overpriced.

Stayed last weekend, left a 5 star review. Came back this weekend- stayed 2 nights. Staff at the front desk, valet, and restaurant are all very very nice. Laundry was not working. Washer only washed on cold (warm and hot options were broke), but no dryer on any floor worked. Called front desk and they said they were aware and could send maintenance. Too bad we needed the clothes in 1 hour to play a game. 1- if you knew they were all broke, why not post signs on each floor so people didn’t end up with a load of wet clothes they have to pack? 2- if you knew and had a maintenance person available, why weren’t they already servicing them? Leaving people with an armful of wet clothes searching for a dryer on every floor and not a single one works…not good. Also didn’t have hot water at 10pm Saturday night. Let it run for five minutes straight on hot and it barely got lukewarm. Spent well over $1,000 for two nights after all said and done, hot water and a working dryer didn’t seem like too much to ask. Nice staff, good food and clean rooms- the most important things were all great.

The place was great. Only complaint was the room was still so new there was a STRONG off gas smell in the room, no clue from where though…possibly the AC?

Not worth the $510. , Sorry!!!!!

The staff were nice but you are going to spend a lot of money on additional things like the arcade, restaurant food and drinks. The mom’s rooms are super small, pool was dirty with guests putting their dogs in the outdoor pool. The scenery is terrible, definitely not worth the price. The lady working at the out side pool was racist and clearly didn’t care if you knew,I had to check her on how she addressed my teenagers.They have really nice staff but they are clearly not as experienced in the resort business as they should be. They also don’t have any vegetarian food options which made us have to go to outside restaurants to eat lunch and dinner. My teenage children eventually got super bored and were ready to leave. It was definitely not worth the $510 a night I spent (2)…. We will not be going back to stay there any time soon. Posted pictures of dirty pool, I had to ask them to come and clean the pool.😫

This place was around a week old when i stayed here. Feels like the bars and restaurant were understaffed, but these were probably just growing pains. Staff was super nice and provided great service. Place was nice and clean and within Uber distan e to most evrything. Would stay here again 10/10.

Overall, it’s an amazing resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The theme throughout the hotel in the pool is very fun. The lot of options for food and activity right at the hotel definitely a place where we would revisit.

We had a wonderful weekend!! We rented a cabana and had great service from Jayden. The concierge and ballet guys were awesome as well as the rest of the staff. Definitely will be planning another trip there.
