The property was shut down by the government in March. Couldn’t find another place to stay so drove home 160 miles and another 160 miles the next day. Very mad

Omg. This hotel is not well kept ! The heater to the entire side of our hotel was out. I saw no repair people. They brought us some old broken rusty plug in heater The plumbing you could hear all night long like air in the pipes or ???? Very very rundown. No housekeeping. At all. Very little staff on site. Very disappointed in the Raddison I could not in good conscience recommend this hotel.

We got there and the hot tub was broken. That was the main reason we chose this place. We should have called but it was still an inconvenience. We got to our room and it was uncomfortably hot. We turned the ac down and left for dinner. We came back a couple hours later and the room felt hotter than before. We went downstairs and spoke to the lady at the front desk. She switched our rooms and was very nice about it. We get to the second room which is also hot and turn on the ac. While waiting for the room to cool down we attempted to use the microwave. It did not work. After an hour of sweating in the new room with no change in temp, we decided it was best we just leave.

Professional traveler here. Stayed at the best and the worst. This place was just ok. Neat place but broken hot tub and the rooms need updated. Traveling for work, good choice. Traveling for a vacation with the family, not so much.

I picked this hotel based on the reviews and the hot tub. I’m an idiot. No way are they an 8.6. I had surgery scheduled for the next morning so I wanted to be able to soak with my husband one last time before being restricted for 6 weeks. The Hot tub didn’t work. The front desk lady didn’t care that it didn’t work. True gem. I called to ask to switch rooms from the adjoining one we were forced to share with two Screaming toddlers and was told the hotel was completely Full. Bold faced lie. The parking lot was empty. Hardly anyone that wasn’t staff walking around the facility. The hotel was a joke. Is it being renovated or is that the final product?! Who chose those colors and mismatched door signs? What’s with all the bulletproof doors?! And why the hell doesn’t the elevator ever work?? I’m so mad I chose this place over hundreds of other places in the KC area.

Yes, however, I am local and reserved a room for my son coming in from l. A at the time there was no mentioning about the non-working Jacuzzi, or the poor Wi-Fi service. So we tried it again. This time the jacuzzi still is out Of order a month later, and it is not updated on website.How do we know this we wouldn't of stayed. It was not Until you check in that there is a sign. Also I'll not mention last timei had to throw away 2 toothbrush because there were ants on them. I told the receptionist at check out but nothing was done. Last night again there were ants on my bedside in my water when I woke up this morning. I live in Olathe and choose this hotel because its convenient for my son when he comes to town. I may have to rethink this hotel for the future. It has gone down hill from when i used to stay here with all my family over new years when the hotel used to have party deals we came for about 7years straight and used to love it Thanks

The rooms get incredibly hot no matter what temp you set the thermostat to. I called the front desk and was told the heating system is one system and its 19 degrees outside so just turn the thermostat off and it would cool off eventually. We ended up having to open the door for relief which at 11:00 at night isn’t ideal. The breakfast was nearly gone when we arrived. I had to point out that the bacon, potatoes and biscuits were out. The breakfast area was freezing which was actually nice since our room was a sauna. I won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The Room was hot and stuffy. When i called th front desk to ask if someone could come check the thermostat they said it did not work and that side of the motel was all the same temp. Customers can not control the temp in the rooms. The beds were super lose and noisy. The bathrooms are super small.

The hot tub was not working, which was the key reason we booked and paid more for rhis hotel. We booked the same afternoon as check-in and site still showed hot tub. Why wasnt this removed? We were there for 3 days and hot tub not working and nobody was even working on repairing.

This stay was a last-minute reservation for a friend and I after our original plans changed. We booked it based on needing one room with two queen beds. Unfortunately, those beds were uncomfortable and very noisy. The rest of the experience was not any better. Staff was uninterested and terse. Rooms were unwelcoming, walls paper-thin, water hard, and we were woken up Sunday morning at 6am when the breakfast opened by the sound of clattering utensils and plates. If you like mazes of hallways with weird smells, rooms with no access or view of outside (ours was hallway on one side and lobby on the other, with a door that didn't lock from the outside), hearing every sound your neighbors make, and feeling like you are sleeping next to a restaurant, maybe you'd like this more than we did. The hotel has also been partly renovated, poorly. The "new floors and furniture" are gray laminate. When we got lost trying to find our room, we encountered halls with glued-down plastic popping up, adjoining carpet from the 80s with no transition, just cut carpet with the padding flapping around. The overall feeling of the hotel is unfriendly, unwelcoming, and disquieting. We were very excited to leave.

The hot tub was out of order. The pool hours were not ideal and then come to find out they put chemicals in right before it opened so everyone had to wait another 45 minutes! I will never stay at this hotel again.

We chose to stay here because of the reasonable price, hot tub, and pool. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The entire building was uncomfortably cold, and the hot tub was out of order—despite being advertised as an amenity. Even the front desk staff member was wearing a stocking cap due to how cold it was, and she was quite rude during check-in. Our room was fairly clean for the cost, but it was also extremely cold. We later realized that the temperature is controlled by the front desk, and although it was supposedly set at 72 degrees, it felt more like 62. Breakfast was the typical bland, minimal spread, but what concerned us most was that all the milk was expired. The gentleman working in the kitchen area was the one bright spot—very helpful and attentive to keeping items stocked. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The nonfunctional hot tub, overly cold building and rooms, and poor customer service made for an uncomfortable stay. The only reason I gave two stars was because the kitchen staff was kind and the room itself was reasonably clean.
