This newly renovated, 1902, five bdrm, spacious loft is the perfect home away from home for couples looking for a fabulous retreat, families ready to connect & explore, or an extended getaway with close friends. This 2nd story loft, located in the heart of Downtown Excelsior Springs has beautiful views of the historic area! Overlooking shops, restaurants, bars, and spas on Broadway! (There is a store and small event space below the Loft.)5 min drive to the elms We have everything you need for the perfect stay along with a shop and restaurant guide so you can experience Excelsior Springs like a local! Our family had a wonderful Christmas together at this beautiful loft. It is surprisingly huge and allowed us to spread out. The room arrangements worked so well for each family unit. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare several meals. Savanna was so great to work with
quick to answer, and understanding of the needs of families trying to be together for Christmas.

This could not have been a more perfect stay - the loft is beautiful, well furnished, clean, and spacious and the host is so incredibly kind and helpful! I had difficulty opening the door upon arrival, but she responded quickly. The space was clean, full of natural light, and beautifully decorated. The location was great; we were able to explore downtown on foot. We enjoyed an evening of comfortable conversation and playing games. We only needed it for one night, but we would have loved to stay longer.

Apartment was clean and smelled amazing. Relaxing environment perfect for a quick getaway. Location was ideal to visit the hall of water - just across the street, get my favorite latte right across the street as well. Loved the downtown area, easy drive to Elms spa.

Waterfest Wonderland

We booked this property after having 2 people recommend it to us. It happened to be the same weekend as Waterfest. The big bay window was perfect to take in the sights as well as hear the live bands. Hosts were so accommodating and sent perfect directions for parking with the town being so busy. Walking distance to The Elms with wonderful little shops and restaurants to keep us ladies entertained. Will definitely be back if ever in the area again!

Amazing weekend getaway location!

My husband and I booked the loft for a quick weekend trip and we are already talking about when we can return! The location is awesome, it’s close to all kinds of cute stores and great restaurants. The loft itself was spacious, well decorated and so clean. Excellent space, we can’t wait to go back!

Host is extremely well at responding in a timely manner. Extremely cute loft with plenty of bedrooms and the entire place was very clean. Definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future
