Telephone AI Bot tells you that there is no airport shuttle at this property. We found out the next day that they do offer a shuttle. We Ubered for $30. Like most hotels these days, you cannot call the hotel directly. The Bots won again!

place was very clean and spacious. we checked in late and asked for a late check out which was granted. unfortunately we were woken up around 8am with housekeeping knocking at our door disregarding the do not disturb sign and late check out given to us. this was very frustrating. since we were woken up we ended up just getting ready and check out prior to the required 11am check out.

Clean and convenient. Not soundproof. You can hear people in next room, jets taking off, doors closing, etc. Telivision reception isn't very good. The restaurant food is okay. Shuttle and parking is a plus.

The room was clean and the property was OK. Was a great last minute decision to stay considering the weather that moved through that day. The only downside was the pillows were super uncomfortable, but other than that, we had a good stay. Super convenient and close to the airport.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. Close to the MCI airport (2 miles). This property has a gated parking area. We stayed one night in a king suite on the back side of the hotel, first floor, parked right outside our room. Short walk to the back door and then to our room. Indoor pool area was clean. Also has an outdoor courtyard. Beds were firm and very comfortable. Walk in shower, nice and clean.

Great location - very close to the airport and to the rental car return location. Great workout facility with abundant exercise machines, treadmills, weights, etc. Large indoor pool with adjacent hot tub. Shuttle service was prompt to pick us up, and the journey to/from the terminal was quick. Our room was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Thank you, Orangewood Inn & Suites.

Clean rooms! Recently renovated. Only downside is the strong smell of air freshener sprays automatically in the hallways. Almost unbearable. And our key cards would not work the parking gate.
