Too many kids running through the halls, playing loud music, and overloading the hot tub. That was very disappointing. There was a baby in the hot tub with parents. Even when the manager came in and told everyone but 4 to get out of the hot tub, the kids refused to leave. There is an age limit to use the hot tub. Breakfast was good. The lady preparing the breakfast was very nice.

Lucy was so sweet at check in. We ate at the restaurant there. The food was really good. The smothered fries were amazing great appetizer choice. Rooms were clean and smelled amazing.

Front desk staff was very friendly and welcomed our group of 5 (3 rooms). Clean. Very convenient to the airport. The food in their newly “soft-open”ed in house Italian restaurant is not the greatest, but OK. They are making changes to improve for the upcoming season of soccer playoffs.

We love staying here before trips. This time our room was HOT and we were unable to adjust the temp. Even after turning it off it never cooled down. However the staff is always so friendly we will definitely be back
