Lae Nani 423, Stunning Oceanfront View, Newly Remodeled In Tasteful Island Decor

Our ocean front condo has been recently remodeled with all new furniture, kitchen appliances & countertops, Smart TV, window coverings and a new comfy king size bed. From inside our unit and from our lanai, we have a wonderful view of the ocean and the beach area, and beautiful Wailua Bay.
Lai Nani is considered the gem of Kauai’s East side or “the coconut coast”. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical flowers, palms trees and spacious lawns. There is gated private parking, on-site laundry, adjacent to a swimmable beach, a large heated swimming pool, and walking distance to excellent restaurants and farmer's market twice a week. There is a protected ocean pool, (Keiki Pool) for children adjacent to the property. Lae Nani is located 10 minutes north of the Lihue airport, midway between Poipu and Hanalei, so its centrally located for exploring both sides of the Island. There is a bar height table outside on the lanai to enjoy your tropical cocktails andmeals while enjoying the soothing ocean waves. We provide boogie boards, beach towels, and ice chest for the use of our guests.
We have recently added bedroom air-conditioning.

Lae Nani Beach is a special place!
My wife and I stayed at 423 Lae Nani for one week in January of 2024 and it did not disappoint in the least! Beautiful views, pool and ocean adjacent, and with shopping and food only a short walk away! Perfect for your garden island getaway! We left feeling refreshed and ready to face real life again in the cold winter of Central Oregon! Being Near Kapaa is a great location for visitin Kauai as well, you are fairly equidistant from the north shore and the south shore with access to Waimea canyon. We kept thinking we would visit other beaches to swim but why bother when you are in such a lovely locale to begin with. We loved having a full home and kitchen so we could cook some great home cooked meals with fresh fish from the Fish market in Koloa and having breakfast on the lanai each day looking out at the ocean was just wonderful. It cost a little extra but it was worth it!

The condo was clean and comfortable (in addition to being well stocked in kitchen ware and basic condiments). The location can't be beat, the beach and pool were both very nice. Lots of shopping (Coconut Maketplace) and restaurants close by.

Well maintained with great location
The property was manicured daily. The pool is large and the location couldn't be better. Walk to a half-dozen restaurants, instant ocean-access, plenty of secure parking and the condo was well-equipped.

A Gem on the Garden Island
This place... We saw it right away when we began our search. It looked fantastic, but how often is the first place you see the right one? We kept search; and kept coming back to Lae Nani 423 and finally realized it was the best of the bunch in terms of quality and overall value. But, would it actually be as good as it appears on VRBO? Yes, perhaps even better! The photos and description are accurate; beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked interior and a wonderful lanai from which to gaze at the ocean, eat a relaxing meal, or just enjoy the beautiful grounds. We walked two minutes to the beach to watch the sunrise each morning. The Lava Lava Club is just minutes away on foot; great for breakfast, happy hour or dinner. We wanted a place to serve as a base of operations to see most of the enchanted island and also a quiet sanctuary to just relax and enjoy some down time. This beautiful condo was perfect on both counts. Howard was clear, thorough and timely with his pre-check-in communication and the check out instructions were easy to follow. We hope to be back; perhaps next time for two weeks.

Perfect Place on The Coconut Coast
Stunning views from this very comfortable condo in a very clean and well-equipped resort. With the pool, the beach out front, close proximity to the Coconut Marketplace, the bakery and restaurants within walking distance, you really don't need to "go" much of anywhere. However, the central island location of this place makes it a perfect starting point for excursions to other points on the island. The kitchen is well equipped, A/C in the bedroom is nice if you need it, furnishings are contemporary and comfortable. Lastly, in my humble opinion, if you do have any questions or issues during your stay it is much more pleasant to deal directly with a private owner rather than a property management company.

Lots to do and see. Delicious food, shave ice, shopping, Keeki pool, and beach access are all 5 min or less walk. Condo is centrally location on the east side of the all. Poipu is only a 30 min drive. Princeville/Ha'ena State Park )north side) and Waimea Canyon/Polihale State Parks (Southwest) are all within an hour drive. One of the best views on the island is from the condo's lanai. The condo is beautiful decorated and well stocked with needed amenities. Pool was much larger than we expected. I highly recommend this property.

Nice property and location.
My bare feet were black on the bottom from walking on the floors to unpack. We went out and bought some cheap flip flops for indoor use only, and that solved the problem. The air conditioner in the bedroom was nice for the really hot nights!

Great Location
Centrally located in the east shore, this was a great place to stay to easily explore all areas of the island. Nicely appointed and clean with a great view of the ocean. Loved the decor! The air conditioning in the bedroom was much needed. We did did get warm in the afternoons, but that’s to be expected on an island. Keeping the windows open with the fans going kept the air moving nicely. We would turn the air on in the bedroom about 30 minutes before sleeping and it was plenty cool enough by the time we went to bed. Great communication with Howard and we had all the information to make checking in easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!!
