This exquisite condo is part of the famous Pono Kai Resort, which boasts a wide variety of fantastic on-site amenities and services, including 12-acre grounds, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a shuffleboard area, a barbecue facility with gas grills, a sauna, golf putting greens, Ping-Pong tables, a croquet lawn, a fitness center, tennis courts, and laundry facilities.

Upon entering this air-conditioned beauty, you will immediately notice its recent refresh with new paint, a new sofa sleep mattress, three smart TVs, window coverings (in the living room), and cookware. The living area is over 1,000 square feet with a private oceanfront lanai where you can unwind with a refreshing beverage while enjoying the superb views of the Coconut Coast and the lushly landscaped 12 acres of the Pono Kai Resort. It's also an excellent spot to dine alfresco. When mealtime arrives, surprise your guests with exquisite homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen - it has all the essentials you need to channel your inner chef.

The spacious main bedroom features a smart TV with streaming services, an en suite bath with a vanity, tub, and shower, and a new split system air conditioning. Across the hall is the private second bedroom with a large TV and air conditioning as well.

This oceanfront beauty is perched above a nine-mile oceanfront walking/biking path, so make sure to pack your most comfortable sneakers. Within walking distance, you can explore the historic town of Kapa’a, abundant with art galleries, boutiques, shops, and restaurants. You’ll enjoy discovering this quaint town and the taste of “old Hawaii,” which is off the beaten path.
