There was a power outage soon after we arrived in Kapalua and Beverly immediately responded to our call regarding where to get food. We were very appreciative as it was out for 26 hours! The condo is very comfortable with a beautiful view of the golf course and sunset and every amenity one could need. We would highly recommend it as a perfect place to stay in Kapalua.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so comfortable and had all the nice amenities you would need. Beverly was wonderful to work with and very helpful with anything we needed. She made sure we were able to enjoy our stay on Maui. We also wanted to comment on how beautiful and comfortable it was decorated. The wonderful artwork was enjoyed and did spend some relaxing time on the lanai enjoying the view!

A PERFECT place to stay in Maui! Beverly's home was spacious, clean, convenient, and had all the amenities to make our vacation incredibly comfortable. We are world travelers and Beverly's home was one of our favorite places to stay. She was quick to respond and made sure that the home had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the beach equipment and being able to go to beaches that were just a few minutes away. We would love to stay at her home again!

Our stay at the Kapalua Villa was the best way to end our vacation in Maui. The villa itself set us up for success: dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, beach towels, and even beach amenities! My boys used the beach toys and boogie boards at Napoli Bay every day. The villa is close to amazing dining options (Seahouse was our favorite for breakfast and dinner!). The Kapalua Coastal Trail is also super close and highly recommended. We’ve raved about this property to our friends and hope to book another vacation here in the future.

Very attractive condo on golf course at Kapalua. It was very comfortable with a lot of extra conveniences, such as beach towels, beach umbrellas, kitchen spices, bath soap, shampoo and rinse, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper. Enjoyed reading a good book which was supplied. Very nice lanai with a pretty sunset. Comfortable bed. Also comfortable recliner chair. Loved nearby Napili Beach which was beautiful and had snorkeling. Thank you to Beverly, owner!

I guess I just expected it to be less "dated" old cabinetry, & carpeting...some of the paint thru out looked like just quick cover ups...& the railing to upstairs was dingy & had a "sticky" feel to it. however, it was still Maui, so not much to complain about that as a destinationThe kitchen was however very well stocked, (for those who like to eat in...LOL)The beach eqt. was old and not clean...not gonna use snorkel gear with dirt and sand all over it-don't know if others like it tho. Overall it was just okay.BUT the recliner was PERFECT! thank you!

This is our fourth trip to the island and believe that this property was probably the best we have stayed at. The listing was spot on, the property manager was fantastic, the bed and sleeper were very comfortable, the amenities were great and the property was very clean/spot less. We hope to return and stay at this property, hopefully sooner rather than later!

Peaceful Tropical Setting

My daughter and I had stayed in this complex a year ago and loved the area. This was a perfect location for my husband and I also. The pool is right next to the unit which we loved. Everything you would need was supplied; boogey boards, beach chairs, coolers and toys, plus the kitchen was stocked perfectly for fixing meals there. Bev was very accommodating when we requested another night stay. Thank you for a lovely trip!

Perfect get-away in paradise

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable - well-stocked and the owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the balcony and beautiful sunset views every night. The location was perfect for us as well - quiet and close to so many great things like golf, hiking, and of course the beach. We would definitely stay again and recommend!
