Welcome to Kapalua Ridge Villa 2223, a one-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse showcasing sweeping ocean views, dramatic coastal scenery, and radiant sunrises over the West Maui Mountains. Thoughtfully remodeled with high-end finishes, it combines timeless design with refined island luxury. Located within the world-class Kapalua Resort, this is a place to slow down, reconnect, and fully embrace the spirit of Maui.







Bathed in natural light, the living room is a welcoming retreat, where panoramic sliding glass doors open to the endless blues of the Pacific and beyond. Designed with an open layout, it features comfortable seating, a pull-out sofa, flat-screen Smart TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning—the ideal setting to recharge and enjoy time together after a day of Maui adventures.







Just off the living room, the large, covered lanai becomes an outdoor living room of its own. From here, gaze out over the coastline, or greet the sunrise over the West Maui Mountains with your morning coffee. In the winter months, this becomes one of the most ideal vantage points for whale watching just offshore. Furnished with a dining set and two chaise lounges, the lanai provides a serene retreat for al fresco meals or quiet relaxation.







A dining table for four sits beside wrap-around windows, where expansive views of the resort set the stage for everything from sunlit breakfasts to intimate evening meals.







The beautifully remodeled kitchen combines elegant design with everyday convenience. Granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and ocean views make preparing meals a pleasure. Fully equipped with all major appliances, including stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, the kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve the finest of meals at home. A breakfast bar with seating for two offers a relaxed space for morning coffee or a quick bite.







Just off the living room, the guest bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower, updated vanity, and granite countertops, offering the added convenience of extra space for everyone to get ready with ease.







The upstairs master suite offers a haven of serenity, where every detail invites relaxation. A king bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV provide comfort and ease, while wrap-around windows frame sweeping views of the ocean and coastline, reaching all the way to world-famous Honolua Bay. The private lanai offers some of the villa’s most captivating views, the perfect setting to watch Maui come to life in the quiet magic of morning.







Completing the master suite, the master bathroom reflects the villa’s comfort and refinement with dual vanities, granite countertops, an oversized soaking tub with shower, and the added convenience of a washer and dryer. Spa-inspired in design, this space offers a tranquil retreat to unwind and rejuvenate in style.







This villa comes with reserved parking (please note you can park directly behind the owner's car in your reserved space), free wireless password-protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and cooler.







We are the only licensed on-site property managers. We are also Ridge owners. Thus we take an extra bit of pride in what we do. Our aim is to see that your stay with us is absolutely beyond compare.







Our rates are all inclusive. There are no surprises upon check-out!







Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine. 



There are many reasons why visitors choose The Ridge as their vacation destination. One of these is that Kapalua¼ Resort is a “low impact” resort; thus, guests staying at The Ridge find that they have the luxury of near endless activities available to them, but, without the large crowds, the traffic and noise.
