The staff was absolutely wonderful! They went out of their way to make sure they accomodate our needs and made our stay pleasant. Will def be staying there again. The cleaning crew is AMAZING! The staff is so friendly. Highly reccomend this hotel!

Good hospitality but bedding need replacement

Amazing hospitality and service. The building has a decrepit look to it but they have maintained it well. It’s close to all major attraction and located in a posh and secure location. Staff is friendly and courteous. Airport back and drop shuttle is very convenient, please don’t forget to tip them well. Downside: the mattress was hard as rock and the constant vehicle noise and siren from the vip motorcade is a nuisance.

I waited approximately about 45 minutes to check in because apparently they couldn't confirm if i paid for it even though on expedia receipt it showed as paid, showed them and they stated they dont belive it. The standard of the property is way lower than how it is shown

Rooms are not cleaned properly. Mattresses are hard as rock. Specially at 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Dont know others. Housekeeping staff are all men who dont know how to clean. They dont even use air freshner or wipe mirrors and surfaces. They need to fire housekeeping and upgrade rooms or be marked as 2 star hotel.

There are only 2 things left in pc hotel karachi: 1. Breakfast 2. Service from staff Everything else is 3.5 * Property needs a major update. The washrooms are from the 19th century. They need to ensure that their key cards actually work so the people doesnt have to issue key cards every other day. They need to update the gym facilities where they have only 1 working elliptical machine. Gym area is extremely small.
