The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly built in 2008 Mediterranean style villa. Due to the individual architectural style of the house results in a generous floor plan of the apartment. The bathroom has a shower. The living room with open kitchen allows for optimal self-sufficiency. Here are microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator with freezer available. There is room for all guests in the modern living area. TV, radio, CD and DVD player are included. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed in the nursery. On the second floor of the apartment is a cozy corner for reading, which can also be used as an additional sleeping accommodation for 2 people. Here is also a second TV. The large, covered balcony allows pleasant hours at breakfast, sunbathe or with a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment has its own parking space and a storage room for bicycles etc. In the storage room is a beer table and a grill, so that can be grilled in the garden. The beach is about 500 meters through the dune forest. This contract is a mediation service for the owner Dohrmann. Sheets, towels not included.
