Beautiful resort, very relaxing and peaceful. I stay in the garden villa for 7 nights and I must say it was nothing but amazing. The room was very clean and specious. I love the plunge pool. The resort is in a great location, surrounded by many restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many food options. The staff was very welcoming and went beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The spa service was wonderful. I definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed just about everything about the property. We stayed in one of the villas and had the time of our life in Thailand. The staff was incredible! The food options at the resort were a bit limited, but that didn't matter much because you have so many other options just outside your resort on this beach strip.

Bel hôtel mais vieillissant ! Le jardin et les 3 piscines sont superbes !! Tout est très bien entretenu il n’y a rien à redire … mais les chambres avec petite piscine ( très petite , taille jacuzzi ) auraient besoin d’un coup de jeune et de moderne au niveau déco ! En Suisse on ne parlerait pas d’un 5 étoiles … sinon les fumeurs ne peuvent fumer que dans certaines zones … incompréhensible car c’est en plein air et à deux mètres près tu fumes ou pas !!!!

Great location, close to local shops and Karon beach is accessible from the back of the resort. Its more quiet than Patong. The staff were incredibly helpful with directions. Spa service was quite relaxing as well. There are plenty of dining options and small markets close by and laudromats if you're planning a longer stay.

We stayed in the penthouse villa and it was one of the best experiences! We were looked after from start to finish, all the staff were so helpful. The room was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable beds. Having your own little plunge pool gives you extra privacy from the main pools. The breakfasts were divine, with a vast range of delicious foods. Cannot fault our stay, and will definitely come back! Thank you team

The property is top notch and 5 star for Phuket. Karon beach was beautiful and had access to a plethora of food and activities. Tour desk provided any activity you could want. The WiFi was fast and trouble free and the breakfast had more options than you could wish for.

I will say we had a lovely stay, but would agree with other reviews that I wouldn’t call it 5 star. We didn’t have hot water when we arrived but it was quickly rectified once reported. We also had a decent leak come through the ceiling after a heavy rain which was also quickly rectified. Check-in was fantastic, the resort is lovely and the staff are very kind.

An amazing and relaxing time at Paradox. Clean, tidy and neat rooms with one of the most comfy beds I’ve ever slept in. Great views of the pool and sea from the room and massive balcony. Grounds are huge and well cared for, the pool area, restaurants and cafe are all well staffed, very clean and the food and cocktails are amazing. Happy hour by the pool each day is always popular. Studio cafe had just reopened during my stay and opted for their healthy breakfast which was great. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach, multiple markets and great restaurants. Many 7/11’s in the area for anything that you might need. Otherwise the resort menu, room service options have such a great variety. It was a most relaxing and memorable stay.
