The accommodation is arranged on two levels and is truly exceptional with a spectacular pool and sun decks that clings to the side of the apartment affording incredible sea and mountain views.

Three large bedrooms, two with large sea view balconies and en suite bathrooms mean that apartment will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Master bedroom suite guests will be particularly pampered with very spacious room super king size bed sea and mountain views balcony and private luxury marble and glass en suite.

However, it's not just the accommodation that make the apartment so special, the location amidst Olive groves offers the compelling combination of great views, easy walking access to town (10 minutes) and importantly peace and privacy amongst the olive trees and with mountain view backdrops.

The accommodation in detail. Apartment C4. Arranged over 2 floors Penthouse apartment C4 offers over 1400 square feet/120 sqm of internal living space and additionally large private decks and pool. On the top floor, full width floor to ceiling glass doors that give access to the wrap around terrace and suspended swimming pool, open up spectacular views out to sea, and across to the mountains with outside dining tables and sun loungers for 6 by the pool with bbq.

The internal living space is cleverly arranged to maximise the impact of these views, and comprises lounge and dining areas, cloakroom and a very well equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces and breakfast bar.

The kitchen is partially separated from the rest of the living space. Spacious lounge area with sofas viewing the sea views and pool. Marble stairs from the living space lead to the floor below (the buildings second floor) where 2 king size bedrooms and a twin bedroom accommodate up to 6 guests very comfortably indeed.

The master bedroom suite features a beautifully appointed bathroom, with wet room shower and a furnished balcony, with plenty of space to sunbath, dine, or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. On a further mezzanine level down there is a further king en suite bedroom, again with sea view balcony, and a large twin bedroom on this floor that has open views over the mountains.

Excellent holiday home with a lovely view!

It's a lovely property with a glorious view. The private pool was great to get into after a long hot day of sightseeing. The property (and our needs) is well looked after by friendly and helpful staff. Everything was in a very good condition. Rooms were spacious. This is a great location to stay in as a base to visit Kalkan and surrounding areas. Highly recommended property.

Just returned from two weeks. This was the first time us and the kids have visited Kalkan and we all loved it (including two hard to please teenagers) All agreed that it was our favourite holiday. The apartment was excellent as was the location. The pool was great and a must in August. Great service both pre and during the holiday. We plan to go back soon

We had the privilege of staying at Elif Penthouse for 10 days, last week of September and early October, and enjoyed everything. Communication and support before and during our stay was very helpful The Penthouse itself was fantastic, clean and a pleasure to stay in for our family. Everything we required was readily available. The views are fantastic, by day and by night. Chilling by the pool overlooking over the bay was amazing. It really is beautiful and incredibly well equipped as described. The walk to Kalkan old town is pleasant and everything is close by. We would definitely return in the future for another relaxing holiday C.

Perfect location, very relaxing!

We’ve just come back from a fabulous stay at Dahlia! The living space is very spacious with gorgeous bedrooms, balconies, kitchen and living area. The location was ideal for us with just a short walk into town of an evening with a 15tl taxi home in the evening. This is the fourth time we’ve been to Kalkan and I would go back time and time again, my favourite place on earth!! The reason I give 4 stars is purely because of the sunbathing space. There were 4 adults staying including myself and it felt a little cramped when we were all on the sunbeds. My family and I spend a lot of time relaxing by the pool so for 6 adults I’m not sure the space by the pool would be adaquate, although it’s perfect for a couple I would say. The fridge full of goodies was a lovely surprise and just what we needed after many hours travelling. For me personally I found the mattress in the master bedroom very hard but that’s just personal preference. Love love love this place!!! See you soon!

We loved our time in Kalkan and Dahlia is a beautiful apartment with stunning views of the Bay and the town below. All our needs were catered for by Fathi who delivered shopping, wine and all the essentials as well as servicing the pool. Very relaxing break, highly reccommended.

Fantastic location, great apartment, pool brilliant, lovely views but hard beds

Kalkan is an excellent location about 1.5 hours taxi ride from Dalaman airport (£55 for a large cab organised via Adda Tours). The town is a lovely mix of old town and newer builds around it. The harbour and beach are beautiful. There is a pleasant breeze all day but it does get hot. The apartment is in a small block of five or six apartments. The apartment is over the top two stories on one half of the block. It has one double bedroom with en-suite and balcony overlooking the sea, one double bedroom with balcony overlooking the sea and another twin bedroom plus a family bathroom. Upstairs is open plan with a kitchen/dining and family room area and a small toilet room. There are two supermarkets within a 2 and 5 minute walk. Town is some 10-15 minutes walking. The bars and restaurants are close but not too close. Choose a nice restaurant away from the harbour front as prices and much better - we typically paid TL 60 each (about £10) for a main course and a drink. Try the local pancakes as well! The swimming pool is perfect for a family to hang around in. It is on the top floor adjacent to the family room with four sun loungers and large sun umbrella. The balcony wraps around the front of the apartment. The balcony and the pool have beautiful views of the bay and sea and are pretty private. All rooms have aircon - essential in the summer heat. We went on several tours with Adda Tours; a trip to Saklikent Gorge (amazing), Tlos, scuba diving in the bay etc. The owner is very helpful and communicates very well. We would definitely go again. It is so good. The only reason this review is not giving 5 stars is that the beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable to the point where we found sleep difficult. And I like a firmer mattress!

Absolutely fabulous. Perfect.

This property is perfect for a stay in Kalkan. The privacy provided by the position together with view make it idyllic. This is the second time we have returned and we will be booking again. The apartment is clean, airy and well equipped. Nothing has been left to chance making it a home from home. The pool man and housekeeper could not be more helpful and they speak fluent English. They were fantastic this year accommodating a late arrival due to flight difficulties. We cannot recommend this appartment enough. You will not be disappointed.

I am pleased to share that Dahlia Penthouse is everything you'd hope for in a holiday penthouse. The facilities are fantastic, There is a private pool and also a stunning roof terrace which provides a fabulous sun bathing platform as well as a perfect spot for drinks in the evening We really were delighted with our choice of penthouse, we stayed 8 days and I wish it had been 88 days, I very much hope to return in the future. Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location

Spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished this apartment offered us all we needed to enjoy our first visit to Kalkan. A 10 minute downhill walk to the harbour and town and a taxi back for 10TL! Beautiful sea and mountain views from the terraces and pool area with plentiful comfortable seating and luxury lounges. We made good use of the dolmus at the bus station at the end of the approach lane, enjoying trios to Kas and Patara beach, both highly recommended. Thanks to Alan for our rental and to Fatih and Sahra for being always available

Excellent penthouse with super sea and mountain views ......

Superb Penthouse, could not have wished for anything more! Spacious, scrupulously clean, very well equipped, beautiful views and a walk away from the sea, local beach and local restaurants. There are also a private pool and a stunning roof terrace which provides a fabulous sun bathing platform as well as a perfect spot for drinks in the evening. The property is very nicely built and maintained. The owner was responsive to all inquiries and the maintenance team promptly responded to all our requests (including when we asked for a Turkish-style tea pot and coffee maker). Kalkan is a bustling seaside village a few mins.taxi ride, Patara, a stunning sandy beach, a 15 min.drive.away and Kaputas beach, turquoise colour water with sandy beach, 7 mins away by mini bus or local taxi . There is something for all the family, including boat trips and scuba diving. Very highly recommended indeed!

A very peaceful and luxury stay

After a stressful arrival at Dalaman airport nothing prepared us for such a lovely first view and welcoming villa !! Beautiful villa and pool which we spent nearly all the time in , lovely comfortable beds and balcony to relax on if you want to get away from everyone for a bit Sundowner time was our favourite part of the day just amazing with a glass or two or perhaps four each night made for a very special time !! The whole villa surpassed our expectations and had absolutely everything we needed in it , the supermarket was with in easy reach each day and the restaurants were all fabulous , I don't think we had a bad meal out , jumping into a taxi each night to go back up the hill was our only downfall !! The internet was fast , the only thing we couldn't work out was the TV which was probably a good thing to get away from all the bad news for a week A truly lovely holiday and made all the more special by a wonderful villa which we will have no problem in recommending Thanks for a great holiday

Very Nice break in stunning location.

Alan's apartment is exactly how its described on the site. The Master Bedroom is particularly nice and we accommodated a family of 5, with 3 large teenagers, easily. Deniz met us on arrival as promised and gave us everything we needed. Views from the balcony are spectacular and we enjoyed loafing in the pool. The walk back up the hill after dinner helps burn the calories after too much great food and wine. Kalkan is well worth a visit and caters for the English very well. Visit soon as tourist numbers are currently low but are on the up again.

A lovey penthouse apartment with everything you need

Stayed 14th August 2017- 21st August 2017 This was our 5th visit to Kalkan and by far the best accommodation. The apartment was both ideally placed and very well equipped which suited all our family’s needs. It was modern and well maintained. The owner (Alan) was extremely attentive to ensure that all our needs were met. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to visit Kalkan for the first time or for a repeat holiday.

Arriving in the afternoon heat there was someone at the property to welcome us and show us around which was very helpful. A fresh water cooler was ready with a nice fresh starter pack with bread , fruit and other essentials. The property was very clean and the views, well the views were breath taking . The location of the property was perfect just a few minutes walk from the supermarket and restaurants. Just the right distance away from the busy area of Kalkan and a nice quite location for the property for peace and quiet. The information and help provided by Alan before the visit was excellent ( a true gentleman ) and also Deniz both were always there when needed. Deniz was so helpful God bless her nothing was too much and was always at hand , when we required a car hire or anything else she was at hand any time Overall we had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning to Kalkan and hopefully to this property ( if it is available , I can see why it is always fully booked now as the service and property are 5*) Thank you To Alan and Deniz for making our 1st and definitely not last stay in Kalkan one too remember for sure . I have already recommended to friends and family and would definitely recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Panoramic view and super apartment

We have visited Kalkan several times but have to say that the Elif Apartment was so beautiful and amazing ! The apartment was exactly like the photos showed so we were very pleased to arrive to such a lovely clean modern and spacious place that exceeded our expectations. The owner was very helpful before our trip. There’s lots of things to do (we read this in the informative pack that the owner left) but we spent most of our time lazing around the pool and never tired of the view. We ate out every night and every night seemed better than the first (even though the first was first class!). The Old Town of Kalkan was so pretty and we enjoyed our evenings meandering in and out of the shops and chatting to the friendly locals. We didn’t hire a car so used the services of a taxi driver) - it cost approx. £3 from the taxi rank to the apartment. Many restaurants and cafes to tempt you - or just have a Turkish coffee and watch the world go by!. All in all this holiday was unforgettable for all the right reasons, the apartment was fantastic, the people very friendly and owner very helpful. We would definitely recommend the apartment very highly. We were so sad to have to leave and will return next year.

The property was just as displayed on the website. It was clean and spacious and comfortable. The furniture and decor was in pristine condition, and there were good additional touches i.e. Laundry soap, washing up liquid and sponges etc. Little things that are often not provided that one often has to buy. Unfortunately there was problems with the TV signal so we were unable to take advantage of the English channels and Sky package, but Alan Williams did his very best to get things sorted, was quick to communicate and very apologetic when the issues could not be resolved.

Transfers to and form the property were organised with a local firm guaranteeing a good deal and hassle free journeys, to what is often the most frustrating and depressing part of any holiday. Again full marks. Plenty of space in the apartment with very comfortable beds and furniture. Sleep is a big part of relaxing and enjoying a holiday, so it is important that the beds are new. Many stays are ruined when after an amazing day one lays tossing and turning in an uncomfortable bed. No problems here - apart from my snoring maybe!?! Good views from the terraces and pool area. Cleaned everyday the pool is well maintained, perfect for cooling off but to avoid any disappointment not big enough for a proper swim. Why anyone would feel the need to have to swim in the pool though when there is a massive big blue wobbly thing nearby ... namely, the sea. Crystal clear blue waters in the harbour, bays and beaches. Very buoyant, so good for the little ones too. Local amenities are fine, and only a short walk to the harbour (town centre) where there is a large selection of restaurants and bars to accommodate for most tastes. Very good value for money and well worth a visit. Thanks.

BEAUTIFUL, AIRY, SPACIOUS APARTMENT

We a family of 6 stayed just over a week in this lovely apartment in picturesque Kalkan....the pool was very welcoming in the blistering heat of July Kalkan and the apartment was well suited to our needs...like a home from home in terms of household amenities. Deniz the manageress was especially helpful and went out of her way to accomodate our needs. There's alot to do in and around Kalkan but some of the activities can be a bit pricey when theres a lot of you...we got around this by hiring a taxi and doing a lot of the tours by ourselves...which was very convenient in terms of being at liberty to come and go as you please. For instance we went to Patara Beach very early in the morning when it was more or less deserted and left when the sun became too hot for us. We bbqed a lot buying the fantastically fresh food from the local shops and markets....i ate the best fish ever there and the fruit and veggies were out of this world. Everything in the apartment was clean and fresh...and easy to use. Having a private pool was a big, big plus for us and espescially that at the time we went it wasnt overlooked by others which meant a lot to us.

Had a great week, the apartment couldn't have been better. Great views front and back, lovely pool area and excellent and spacious rooms. The resort was really nice, lots of great restaurants and good people.

Fabulous penthouse apartment in a great position

Fantastic apartment within walkable distance of the town and the many fabulous restaurants in Kalkan. There were four of us on holidays (two couples) and the apartment was a great base to explore Kalkan. It was extremely clean and very well cared for. The beds were amazing - think they are probably the best we have ever slept on in a rented property. The towels and outside furniture were of excellent quality and the roof top pool was an absolute joy and a must especially on days when the temperatures hit 35 plus. When we arrived we found there was no hairdryer but within a few hours of contacting the owner a brand new hair dryer was brought to the apartment - great service. The pool was exceptionally clean and very well looked after with the cleaner calling every other day to check it. It is extremely well equipped plenty of cutlery, crockery and the most important wine and beer glasses. There was very efficient air conditioning throughout which we were very grateful for in the temperatures we experienced. The welcome pack when we arrived at midnight was very well received a nice cold glass of wine was just what we needed and hit the exact spot. There are some wonderful restaurants in Kalkan like Trio, Seaport, Kalamaki, Mussakka, Paprika and Moonlight Terrace Restaurant (views to die for) to name just a few but we didn't experience one poor meal anywhere. The people are amongst some of the friendliest we have ever met and will do their utmost to please you but without being too pushy. We can't fault the apartment in any way it was a joy to stay in and would recommend it and Kalkan to everyone.
