Outside: the villa features spacious outdoor areas, the wonderful swimming pool (5x11m with walk-in steps) and the terraces offering amazing views. A beautiful furnished gazebo situated on the side of the pool boasts a relaxing area to sit and enjoy the amazing views of the beautiful valle.

The villa arranged in 2 levels: in the main building feature 4 bedrooms and a totally independent 2-bedroom apartment with separate access, which is the ideal option for people wishing to holiday within a group yet wanting to keep their own privacy. This villa is ideal for wedding ceremonies and receptions for up to 60 guests.

Main building interior: are the elegantly furnished dining area, the conservatory and the living area with the fireplace. In this level are also the fully equipped kitchen and the dining table (seating 8 persons), the second kitchen with the washing machine and dishwasher (perfect for special catering events), the terrace with the built-in barbecue and a dining table.

Bedrooms on the main building: From the interior area 4 steps lead up to the 4 bedrooms: The master ensuite double bedroom with direct access to the shared balcony, further 2 double bedrooms en-suite with access to the shared balcony and the remaining twin bedroom en-suite and access to the shared balcony. A separate guest's toilet completes this level. Each bedroom is equipped with an air-conditioning unit.

Independent apartment: located on the ground level of the villa and can be accessed via steps from the pool terrace or from the parking place. It boasts its own furnished entrance terrace overlooking the valley, the open plan furnished living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Here are also a double and a twin bedroom both with air con and share a family bathroom.

Air conditioning is available throughout the villa for cooling and heating (no charge). For the winter months, central heating is available in the main villa (extra charge).

The villa has pool table room. Wifi is available. Car hire recommended. Plenty of parking places within the villa grounds.

Distances: Kathikas village center with shops and taverns 1km, nearest tavern (owned by the villa owners and offer 10% to the villa guests) 500 meters, Pegeia village center 10min drive, Coral Bay main area 15min drive, Beach 15min drive, Polis, Latchi 20min drive. Paphos town and Kato Paphos tourist area with the small port, the fish taverns and the castle 35min drive, Paphos airport 45min drive, Larnaka airport 2.30 hours.

Kathikas is a village full of life but still retains an old-world character with its stone houses and the traditional way of life is much in evidence. The focal point of the village is the square where the main church is located. Surrounding the square are coffee shops and tavernas.

The mountain village of Kathikas is fairly well-known in the region due to the fact that this village is one of the wine-growing centres in this area. The wine has been produced in the area for a long time. In Kathikas there is one of the most famous and popular wineries of Cyprus – Vasilikon Winery.

Just because you prefer to stay inland does not mean you have to miss out on the beach experience. Coral Bay (15min drive) is the well-known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family-oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities, activities and beaches.

The coastal resorts of Polis and Latchi are both within a 20-minute drive and feature beaches, beachfront taverns and shops.

The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, Water Park, Paphos Zoo and attractive harbour area is within a 35-minute drive.
