The cottage features three inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with retro comfort in mind. A separate study/workspace provides a quiet spot for writing or working remotely. The vintage-style bathroom includes a beautiful claw-footed bathtub for long soaks, and a second toilet adds extra practicality.
Stay comfortable year-round with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the lounge and panel heaters in the bedrooms.

Located in peaceful North Katoomba, the cottage is just a 20-minute walk (1.3 km), with some uphill sections, to Katoomba Train Station. From here, you're ideally placed to explore the Blue Mountains bushwalks, waterfalls, lookouts, and the charming villages of Katoomba and Leura.

EXTERIOR PAINTING Please note that the exterior of the cottage is currently undergoing a gradual repaint. During this time, some areas may appear freshly painted, while others may show signs of older, peeling paint. This notice will be removed once the repaint is complete. Updated exterior photos will be added upon completion.
FEES The base tariff includes 5 people; extra guests incur an additional fee per person, per night. Pet Fees are $30 per pet, per night, payable separately after booking. Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking.
PETS Pets are charged at $30 per pet, per night, in addition to the reservation cost. Notify us if bringing pets; a payment request will follow. Pets must not use furniture, beds, or linens. Bring your pet's own bedding, bowls, and poo bags. Clean up after pets and ensure they do not damage property or disturb neighbours. A $60 charge will apply for any excrement left behind. Fines apply for breaches of these terms.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity to charge your electric car. There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately. Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay. â â There is no dedicated EV port at the property. Guests will need to bring their own extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the propertys electricity supply.
CLEANING FEE The cleaning fee reflects the actual cost of professional cleaning and linen hire for each booking.
9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during these hours.
IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY This property is exclusively for registered guests. It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission.
NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
PAYMENT POLICY Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date. Balance Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking. Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond. Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT LENNOX HEAD on your bank statement. Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions. Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for the cancellation of events, functions, or activities, which are subject to our standard cancellation policy. COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

Great location, single bed were very hard, lawn gets done every so offen, grass was so long we couldnt play our outside games, no fault to the owners but, had lenches in the sinks, shower is very small and dripped all the time, they need a new egg flip and can opener as its not good enough that the egg flip is held together with bandaged. And can opener was unless couldnt open up anything. Other then the issuse above we had a great time, in this place thank you.
A nicely revamped oldie on a quiet corner block. It is a bit of a hilly distance from town but with a car it was no problem for us. The house was very neat and clean, the beds and the loungeroom seating were comfy and there was heating in every room. The kitchen was adequately supplied (but couldn't find a coffee maker of any sort) and we had no problem with the bathroom where we'd have to agree with others that the shower cabinet is rather small. Overall a comfortable and roomy place to spend a few days.
Lovely clean, comfortable cottage with all the you need, even supply toiletries as in wash, shampoo etc. The only downfall is the location, a very hilly and long walk to Katoomba, there is a bus though.
We really appreciated the stylised furnishing, all the amenities, the kitchen and all that was set for our comfort. We had a fun night playing board games as well. Despite the cold nights we were able to be warm enough in all the rooms.
The house was very comfortable and provides everything anyone would need. Individual heaters in each room made it great for individual preferences. We found it a too far for a walk into town. Thanks
It was nice enough, But you have to drive a lot, If any of your party have any health issues, it's to far, and hilly to walk to town. No available Uber or Taxi service. The good side is, comminication was first class.
Beautiful cottage, great amenities, comfy beds.The only issue was a leak in shower which needs sealing as the floor required moping all the time.Thank you for a sweetly presented cottage.
The place is pretty much as described, nothing to fault. It was well equipped and had all the things you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing I would contest is the "walking distance to town". It probably is walkable if the weather is fine and you are fit and up for a walk but when the weather is not get great and/or you have small kids (in a pram or not) you probably want to drive as it's very hilly and not the best walking paths.
A little out of Katoomba proper, but close enough if you're reasonably fit.

We found the beds to be extremely comfortable and the kitchen was large and well-stocked. It was great to have Netflix on the TV as well. We very much enjoyed our short break.
