The elegant leather L-shaped sofa and plush seating provide a perfect spot to relax by the combustion fireplace while enjoying the large Smart TV. High ceilings and traditional decorative items enhance the villa’s historic charm, while modern furnishings ensure comfort and style. The living area seamlessly flows into a bright and spacious dining room, ideal for family gatherings and special occasions.

The fully equipped country-style kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring gas cooking, a coffee pod machine and milk frother, and a generous island bench with a breakfast bar and stools. The open plan design connects the kitchen to the dining area and a lounge space with additional nooks for sofas and a games table, making it perfect for both socialising and quiet relaxation. Mary Villa accommodates up to 17 guests across six character-filled bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The villa offers 13 beds, including a mix of Queen beds, Single beds, and Click-Clack sofa beds (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children), providing flexible sleeping arrangements to suit various needs. FIREWOOD SEASON

PAYMENT POLICY
• Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.

• Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
• Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 1.45% + $0.22 ReslyPay transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond.
• Statement: Payments will appear as SPENDA ACCOMMODATED on your bank statement.
• Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions.
• Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
• Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
• Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for the cancellation of events, functions, or activities, which are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

We found the hosts were very accommodating in regard to communication and particularly with an early checkin. The cottage was clean and the linen provided was of a high quality. We all had a lovely experience and we can't blame the hosts for the weather. :)

Facilities all great for a large group of adults though some bathrooms didnt have hair dryers.Heating was excellent.No hot water in the kitchen after a power failure but we made do.Champagne and wine glasses were enough for a family rental perhaps but were in short supply for a large group of adults, who also could have used some larger tumblers for beer.Otherwise facilities were great

Family gathering for wedding

The perfect place for particular people. Eleven adults stayed for four nights and were delighted with the choice.The house is beautifully presented and very comfortably furnished, with plenty of room to cook, gather around the table or find a quieter spot to read in. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and beds are fresh and comfy. 10/10 for cleanliness throughout.We all loved our stay here. It’s close to shopping, dining and tourist sights. Plenty of parking on site.Thankyou for providing such a lovely experience.

A fabulous stay

We had five older couples and each couple loved having their own ensuite. One room upstairs and rest on the ground floor. Great pillows, linen and towels. Very easy to leave clean and tidy ready for the cleaners. A small kitchenette in the single bedroom had a second smaller fridge and another microwave.Plenty of space for all and close to everything. Two minutes in the car to the Three Sisters as well as Aldi and Woolworths and close to lots more.We loved the private carpark at the back with plenty of space for all our cars. It needs a guest book with all the info in one place including heating instructions etc. rather than rely on emails so all guests can refer to the instructions at any time.I usually only book places with hand-hold showers (mobility issues but also great with small kids) so a few showers converted from rainheads to hand hold would be fabulous but that's just being picky.A great stay and I'll be re-booking soon for next year.

What a find!

We (five couples) spent a wonderful 3 nights at Mary Villa. Beautiful old home that was very clean and well appointed. We loved the fact that each large bedroom had a very spacious ensuite. Good location - easy walk to Echo Point.Would highly recommend Mary Villa.

Gorgeous Heritage home with all the comfort and facilities for a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Mary Villa. The house is gorgeous with bathrooms attached to every bedroom. My entire family of 10 stayed and it was perfect. We were able to walk to the Katoomba falls and other amazingly scenic locations. . Also great cafes nearby for really good coffee. Loved it !

We had a wonderful stay at Mary Villa and found the Accommodated team easy to deal with except on one issue. The bond is treated as an actual fee and attracts a 2.9% transaction fee. Accommodated won't budge on refunding this charge. They are not open to other payment methods as it does not suit their business model - not what we would call user-friendly

A pleasurable stay

Mary Villa was comfortable, spacious, clean and easy. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The house was warm, the beds were comfortable and the location was superb, easy access to restaurants and shops with a car or on foot. We were 12 adults and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms.

Great Venue

Mary Villa was a very comfortable and spacious venue for our reunion. On line photos etc gave a good indication of the facilities and accommodation. Our group of older citizens found that the individual ensuites for each bedroom were a wonderful innovation We appreciated that many consumables were provided, in kitchen and ensuites, for our stay. One suggestion is that more hanging space, for clothes, in some of the bedrooms would be handy. We reported a trip hazard at the entrance to the kitchen which they are investigating.
