Great lobby with Empty bar

Really fantastic lobby served by the WXYZ lounge. I loved the jewel color scheme and the darkness of the hallway to very comfortable rooms. Sadly there was no service from the bar!

The property have a problem with the hot water, when I bring it to the attention of the front desk they say they will take car of it but not until 10 hrs later that I get really frustrated, the. They send the mantinance guy how says that you have to let run the hot water for 5 to 10 min some times to get some. There was one lady at the front desk that was very rude, also there was another one (the one that revive us on the first day) that was super nice and helpful

Great location next to Katy Mills Malls and lots of shopping and restaurants. Very friendly staff. The pool was crystal clear, clean and perfect temperature. Our bathroom shower wasn’t very clean and the body wash dispenser was completely empty. The coffee maker in the room did not work at all. One elevator was not working so there was only one elevator that worked and it was extremely slow.
