I like that the property was near everything. I didn’t like that the walls were paper thin and you hear everyone in the halls and next rooms. Also the hotel smell very musty the whole time. The lady that check me in was not welcoming all.
Never stayed at a La Quinta before but this hotel was very impressive with the service they provided, breakfast was great and housekeeping was excellent, plus quiet rooms which was nice after the long days we had traveling and sightseeing. We will be back again
The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are good, the hotel needs to stress to their guest with pets a leash policy!! my son almost got bit by a dog on our first night and we also encountered issues with the elevator I told the front desk agent hours before someone got stuck inside that somebody needed to check on the elevator it was ringing and making a dail tone sound this caused elevator to go down and be out of service during my stay
Our room was dirty when we arrived. Because we got in so late we decided to address it in the morning. Asked the front desk person to please make sure it’s cleaned. When we got back to our room the next evening it still was not clean.
There was a used Q-tip in the floor that was not ours. Other peoples hair in the shower before we used it. Low water pressure and the elevators smelled like wet dogs.
We won’t EVER stay in a La Quinta again!
