Agia Efimia is a picturesque seaside village, full of sailing boats in the summer and and in the middle between the two famous blue-flag beaches of Myrtos and Antisamos.
On the second floor of our seaside property (serviced by elevator and stairs) there is an apartment with great view consisting of a double bed bedroom with its own bathroom, a second twin bed bedroom, a second bathroom with washing machine, sitting/dining room with 32'' LED TV, music equipment with a sofa turning into a single bed and a fully equipped kitchen with water boiler, toaster, espresso and filter coffee maker, juice extractor, ice-cream maker and dish-washer.
The property is situated in the heart of the Aghia Efimia village. Aghia Efimia is a small, picturesque village in the middle of the island and is a very good spot to start one day excursions to discover the beauties of the island or to relax at the famous Myrtos beach (10 min. drive) or at the magnificent Antisamos beach (15 min. drive). Super markets, cafeterias, tavernas, kiosk are on a distance off 100meters.

The Location
In a distance of 100 m. there are super markets, bakeries, kiosk, cafeterias, tavernas, bars. In the heart of the village but away from its noise. Except the main beach of Aghia Efimia that is in front of the apartment, there are another three small beaches in walking distance. From Aghia Efimia start daily cruises to the island of Ithaka and to Fiscardo. There is also a diving school that can take you for scuba diving at the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Last but not least, one can rent small boats and make excursions in the nearby isolated bays.
