Maki's Residence

Maki's Residence is located on the ground floor at the rear of the building. The apartment has outdoor space to the rear, with views across the the trees and hills, allowing you to enjoy the best of the weather. The apartment offers fully equipped self-catering accommodation with free WiFi and free air conditioning throughout. There is a lounge area with satellite TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, electric hob and full size oven. The apartment has two bedrooms, both doubles, and a family bathroom which has a washing machine available for your use. **There is further sleeping for one person using a sofa bed available in the living area**. Towels and bed linen are offered. Free breakfast is provided on the first day of your accommodation along with coffee and tea. Yota's Apartments are in a quiet residential area that is conveniently located for central Argostoli with the main square and the ferry port (for trips to the Lixouri peninsula) both less than 10 minutes walk. There are a number of walks both alongside the water and through the woods. You can easily walk to the following places: *De Bosset Bridge - the longest stone sea bridge in the world. *Argostoli Waterfront - a great place to see the turtles. *St. Theodoras Lighthouse - fabulous for sunsets. *Italian War Memorial - commemorating the Italian soldiers from WW2. *Katavothres - a geological phenomena unique to Kefalonia. *Koutavos Lagoon - the local nature reserve.
