Step into your own private petite paradise at Villa 3. Set in the exclusive area of Svoronata village—known for its stunning beaches and landscapes—this custom-designed luxury vacation rental has resort-worthy amenities and incredible views of the sea and the surrounding area. Use this sprawling enclave as an unforgettable location for an once-in-a-lifetime holiday.

Neutral tones, refined finishes and an open-plan layout give the interiors of the villa a uniquely Kefalonian elegance. Hues of sand, taupe and cream are paired with light grey details, and stately columns define the free-flowing rooms. Artwork in the living and dining rooms vividly depicts island life & wildlife, while tiles, paintings and upholstery add flashes of floral color to all spaces. The fully equipped kitchen is a cook’s dream!

The Master bedroom of the villa, located at the lower floor, has its own en-suite bathroom, giving the villa the comfort and privacy of your own boutique hotel. The two bedrooms feature double and twin beds, all of which have ocean views.

This villa features a beautiful swimming pool, along with a terrace that provides plenty of sun loungers in both sun and shade, as well as an outdoor lounge area.

Truly beautiful villa ,fabulous location, spectacular island.

Just had a wonderful week in Villa Orion. The villa is set in its own gardens, it is private, peaceful, safe and very comfortable. Everything including the pool is immaculate and the villa provided everything we needed from coffee machine to juice extractor. We loved the location which is walking distance from the beach and local tavernas. Labros the owner is so friendly and welcoming. His family’s gifts of wine, home made cheese pie, delicious cakes really added to the joy of our stay here. This villa really felt like home from home, we would highly recommend it and will most definitely be returning. 10/10

Amazing Villa

The villa was simply amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. Labros is a lovely man who is very helpful and popped round a couple of times bearing gifts, which was really nice of him. The gardens of the villa are simply stunning and immaculately kept. The maid came every day to clean and empty the bins, she was such a nice lady. We had the best time ever in the best Villa ever. I would highly recommend a holiday in this beautiful villa in such a lovely quiet area.

The villa was beautiful and so clean and very well equipped. We were so comfortable and able to truly relax . The nearby beaches were varied and each one special in its own way. The nearby cafés and hotels were lovely. Labros and his family made us so welcome and were able to help us with everything we needed . We received delightful gifts of unforgettable banana and chocolate cake and other Greek delicacies ! The week was a perfect holiday and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect holiday stay on an island with opportunities for activity and relaxation. Thank you
