The owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was situated on the main road of Lassi so easy for walking to the shops and restaurants . It has access to a beach and bar down a track and also a short walk from the main beach in Lassi. We had a fantastic stay for a week and will return again without a doubt.

Enjoyable stay, great host When booking, from the pictures available it was not clear what apartment we would have and I am glad to see this has been updated. The host looked after us very well Restaurants are plenty and very near. However some of the paths to the seafront I found challenging.

Had such an amazing stay at this property, the proprietor Panangis was such a gentleman and he really just wants you to have the best possible stay you can. I felt super comfortable and the apartment itself was great, very rustic and it was like staying at a Greek family member’s house, super authentic and amazing. Overall I had amazing hospitality and I would most certainly return again to visit this beautiful island, thanks again to Panangis for being such an amazing host and wow what a comfortable and amazing stay I had, I would certainly return again! Can’t reccomend enough to anyone who is considering visiting Kefalonia!

We loved everything about the property! Our flat was on the first floor, we had a nice view of the sea. The host Panagis has been very welcoming and helpful; we also enjoyed the company of some lovely cats who made our stay even more enjoyable! The villa is in a great location, close to restaurants and supermarkets and with good bus links to Argostoli and the airport. There are lovely beaches close by but our absolute favourite has been Makris Gialos, about 12 mins walk from the property. We had a fantastic holiday in Lassi!!!

Lovely stay in Lassi

We had a fantastic stay at Tzivras villa and apartments. We stayed in end studio with large wrap around terrace overlooking lovely garden. Very clean, sheets, towels and room cleaned regularly. Location couldn't be better for beaches, restaurant's and tavernas. Half hour walk into Argistoli which is beautiful. Panagis and the family are very welcoming and friendly hosts. More than happy to help out with any questions you have and stop for a chat. When in Argistoli do visit the family restaurant of same name as the accommodation. The food is excellent. Was our first visit to Kefalonia and wouldn't hesitate to return to Lassi and Tzivras. Elizabeth and Stuart

Panai the host was very welcoming and helpful. He saw to all our needs and kept the property surrounding very clean and presentable. He operates a small bar in the early evenings. There is parking on the main road can get busy at times however at the back of the property the road is quiet and best to park there. We had the last two rooms at the bottom of the property which were both private and quieter as the property is next door to Butler’s Restaurant which operates until midnight. These rooms have a rooftop terrance which you can photograph the sunset. The veranda has a clothes line very convenient. The last room has the biggest veranda and patio door and the newest aircon unit, the previous room did not and you could smell the mould. Be careful not to touch the hot tap in the shower or the sink basin the hot water is scorching. The bathroom is clean functional but dated. The towels are changed regularly but there is no pile on them so do not expect fluffy towels here. The TV does not capture any channels that are worth listening to the dish points towards North Africa. WiFi, slower at these bottom rooms and in the evening even slower when everyone on it, wait past 11:30 to get better signal. Upside, this property is location there is a cafe accross the road to get breakfast we had spanakopita and bougatsa every day, lots of supermarkets, shops and plenty of restaurants. There are 2 beaches within walking distance. This is budget property we had a great time.

Great stay and great host

A great stay with Tzivras Studio Apartments. Panagis was a great host and made us feel very welcome. He was very accommodating, being as a young family. The apartment was cleaned regularly over the week stay, along with bedding changes. Panagis was always on hand in person or on the phone for anything we needed. A good central location in Lassi. Would recommend and will stay again for the next trip to Kefalonia. ευχαριστώ.

The location is perfect , easy walking to tavernas,shops,bus stop and can even walk to Argostoli although it’s a bit of a trek, The whole of the small site is kept immaculately clean. The apartments are basically furnished but more than adequate with everything you need. Best part though is the family who run it who are a pure delight and beyond helpful. Fell in love with this place and will be back.

The room is clean, the staff is very kind, and pretty cats play in the garden. We could really relax, and enjoy staying Kefalonia. This apartments is near some beautiful beaches, and you can easily get to the center of Algostri on foot.

Durch den Gartenausgang ist es ein kurzer Weg zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Im April war es dort sehr ruhig und wir hatten den Strand eines anderen Hotels für uns alleine. Wir nutzten den Grill fast jeden Abend. Für die Kinder war dieser Ort super. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein griechisches Restaurant mit einem kleinen Spielplatz. Die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit und wir fühlten uns in der Familiären Umgebung sehr wohl. Nach Argostoli kann man auf Bürgersteigen laufen. An einem Tag sind wir (mithilfe von googlemaps)zu einer kleinen Kapelle und über den Berg gewandert.Die Gegend ist sehr sicher,die "Lokals"alle super freundlich und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. In Argostoli ist es aufgrund des Berges Abends früher schattig. Nach einem langen Tag nahmen wir für 6€ ein Taxi von Argostoli zum Appartement(5Minuten), da es mit meiner 4 jährigen Tochter schon ein langer Marsch war(1Stunde).Es gibt auch Busse,für die Kinder war dieser auf der ganzen Insel immer kostenlos,jedoch fährt er in der Nebensaison selten und man muss auch mit Verspätungen rechnen. In und um Argostoli kann man gut mit dem Auto fahren. Die Strecken nach Poros ist sehr kurvig und geht weit oben am Berg entlang.
