Layout

The front door opens into a hallway, open plan living room, kitchen and
dining area. French doors lead from the living room to the balcony
overlooking the swimming pool. French doors lead from the kitchen and
dining area to another shaded balcony with a dining table and chairs
and access down 2 steps to the poolside area. A twin bedroom is on the
same level with a private balcony. There is also a separate shower
room. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms each with a balcony and another
bathroom. Outside the private pool has comfortable seating under a
pergola as well as sunbeds by the pool. In the separate shady garden
area, there is a pergola, dining area and BBQ. Lovely panoramic sea
views from the poolside and top floor bedroom.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are
patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
