The location is ideal close to the city, the bad things are the electrical outlet is coming off the wall. Light shade is not fixed well, the breakfast during morning bring is chaotic to many guests during our stay and food are muffin, yogurt and slice bread

We booked an accessible room. It wasn't. There was an L shaped bar in a standard tub. That doesn't make it accessible. Also, anyone in a wheelchair wouldn't have fit between the bed and dresser.

Once in the room, It shows as an old hotel with a low level remodel. The area, as is in much of Kelowna now, has homelessness very near by when we took a walk with our dog. It was clean, the bed was good but it is a step below what I wiuld usually choose to stay at.

Too Close to Homeless Shelter

Will not stay here again. I didn’t feel safe. There is now a homeless shelter next door. There were 3 men shooting up on the hotel property. After complaining to the front desk he said what do you want me to do about it. I will not go back to this location.
