Found hair on the bed in the first room. Our room got changed and found long hair in the next room as well. The pillows were very uncomfortable and we couldnt sleep all night due to how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were.

Breakfast was .....get better food at the food bank. Packages of oatmeal. Disgusting processed breakfast sandwiches..muffins that last years. Coffee like a tire shop. Everything gross basically. Also the rooms STUNK like old man living by himself not washing his clothes. It was cold..bathroom was extremely yuck. Toilet barely flused no fan working . Dont stay not worth it. However the wifi worked.

Bed is old and not comfortable The continental breakfast was disappointing, and misleading pictures show metal tins that would have hot food, there was a frozen breakfast sandwich and limited options. After 5 minutes in the shower ran out of hot water. All in all it wasn’t a terrible experience just not what’s expected
