At 8pm after a travel 10 hour travel day thefirst room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed covers appear worn and had some stains. The second room, which was in the premium wing, was better. It was very cold. Had a shower and unbelieveably the water would NOT turn off. We tried a number of things to no avail The third room was freezing cold. Also in the premium wing (it is definitely not premium) had stains in tub and leaked shampoo stains. It was midnight, we went to bed. At 430am the fire alarm in the motel went off. No fire, a guest pulled the alarm. We threw everything in our bags and left on 3 hours sleep. What a complete gong show

The room was fine. The staff was courteous enough. I was interrupted at 3 a.m by loud knocking on my door by a man on drugs. He was rude, using the F bomb and insisting that I "help him". I offered to call someone and he threw a few more F bombs. I called 911. Barely got any sleep and had an early morning class. All night, there were other young men coming in/out of their motel room doors, talking loudly and swearing, smoking and carrying on from 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. In the morning, the staff "heard about the 911 incident", but somehow, despite them speaking with the police, didn't know that I / my room number, was the one involved with the incident. The clerk said "the manager might call you". Nope, never did. I complained about feeling vulnerable. The clerk indicated that next time I should ask for an inside court room. Why didn't they offer this to a single woman taking a room, knowing apparently that this is not a "new" incident and that it does occur in this neighbourhood. No such suggestion or offer was made when I checked in. Super disappointed. Will not stay here again.

Found hair on the bed in the first room. Our room got changed and found long hair in the next room as well. The pillows were very uncomfortable and we couldnt sleep all night due to how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were.
