This unique property is nestled into Knox Mountain with 3 levels of private outdoor living and just a few mins from Downtown Kelowna and the Lake. The home is fully furnished and equipped for all your needs, there’s 4 bedroom with queen beds. The outdoor living area consist of covered outdoor dinning area with a big boss & propane bbq just outside of the kitchen/family room area, 2nd level has a outdoor pool heated by solar cover and hot tub, 3rd level has a outdoor fireplace and a large gazebo. The views just get more breathtaking with each level. Knox Mtn Hiking trails are just a few steps away. Suite not included. Home has exterior surveillance camera’s only located facing driveway. Long term guests will be given discounted pet fee.
Please note the we’re waiting for parts parts for jacuzzi bathtub. Please ask if hot tub is open during winter. Lower level suite is unoccupied during the summer months.

Had a wonderful four night stay in this amazing home. The driveway is steep and lower vehicles may bottom out. The pool was amazing - very private. Great for families.

We really enjoyed this home. It is in a great location, Knox's trails right behind you, and downtown in front of you. Having said that, we spent our hot sunny afternoons at the pool. :)

Amazing Unique Property with An Oasis Pool

This is an amazing property to spend your family vacation. Close to the shops, beaches and restaurants. Picturesque and private pool on top of the hill overlooking the city and lake. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Private Resort

We had an excellent stay here, it felt like we were at a private resort. There was a heat wave during our stay, but we stayed cool with a/c inside and the pool outside. The views from the top gazebo are amazing, and we star gazed at night. The pool has a shallow end (4 ft) and a very deep end (10 ft) which was great for my teens who spent hours swimming every day. The neighbourhood hosts a fully contained off-leash park where we took our dog every day, and walking down the hill from there gives you access to the Knox Mountain trails. We explored the trails first thing in the morning before the heat. The kitchen is well stocked, and beach towels are provided. Laurie was very helpful! Thank you!

Golf trip

Stayed for 5 days while on a golf trip. The house worked really well for the 4 of us and location was excellent. Only thing negative would be the outside could be kept up better as it’s starting to look run down , and also a second suite on ground floor that someone else was in while we were there. If you have mobility issues , you wouldn’t want to rent here as there is alot of stairs but views are amazing.

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time bringing grandparents and grandkids together for a holiday. The pool was great fun and the house had most of the things we needed/wanted. The stairs were a little too much for grandma and grandpa, as it was a very steep driveway, then 3 more flights up to the pool. Nice rooms and comfy beds kept us comfortable while we were there.

Wonderful stay!

We had the best time at this property! Many things were supplied - dish/laundry detergent, t. paper, soap, spices - most of the basics. The pool area was beautiful and we rarely left! The gazebo offered breathtaking views of the city. The house was lovely The owner was accommodating and friendly. We were sad to leave!!

Knox Mountain Beauty

We had a wonderful stay at Laurie’s place. The views are stunning and there was tons of room for us, perfect for families. It had everything we needed so we didn’t have to buy a lot when we stocked up on groceries. The pool was great, a little cold for sure, but it was also spring time. I brought our kids wetsuits and they got in lots. The adults (and kids) enjoyed the hot tub. In the heat over the summer, the pool would be very refreshing. There’s a family of marmots above the pool area which is super cute, but they leave quite a mess of poop, so we didn’t use that area. Laurie was very apologetic for this and aware it needs taken care of, so I’m sure it will be resolved ASAP, and the house and property was large enough that we didn’t need to use that area so it was fine for us. The proximity to Knox Mountain for hiking/walking was PERFECT! Laurie was every helpful and responded to any questions or concerns we had, which made the experience seamless. I would highly recommend it for a family.

Great place, great location

We rented this vacation home for 6 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house was great, nice furnishings and excellent location. I would definitely recommend this place to others and rent this vacation home again. However the ad for this rental was misleading. The ad mentions a pool and hot tub and no where did it mention that we would be unable to use either of these (we assumed the pool would not be in use as it was February when we stayed at the rental). But the ad should have mentioned that both the pool and hot tub were not in use as we were looking forward to the hot tub.

My friends and I (12 people total) stayed in this home for a wedding the second week of September. It was in a great location and the host was extremely kind and responsive. We were a bit concerned about the noise bylaws and parking, but everything worked out great. The view of downtown and the water from the pool deck/gazebo is incredible.

Fantastic Property

Property was great. Plenty of room and beds for our entire group. Kitchen was well-equipped. Outdoor patio area was great for a group BBQ. Pool was awesome. Great views of the lake and city. Location was good. Close enough to be walkable to downtown but far enough to be a little isolated and quiet. We even saw several deer in the hills surrounding the house. The property manager was easy to get in touch with for any questions during our stay. Overall, highly recommend this property.

Great place, but a few things to know

House it beautiful, the view is AMAZING and the pool is great. One key thing to know is that the driveway and parking are very difficult. It is challenging to park multiple cars. If you have a van or SUV, it is almost impossible to fit into the garage We scratched our rental car just to get up the driveway.

Definitely recommend this home!

We were a group of 12, 5 adults and 7 kids ranging in ages of 3-12 in town for our girls soccer tournament. We had such a terrific time! The pool is amazing! The views are spectacular! The beds, so comfy! This home was everything we could have asked for and more!!! Our host was easily accessible before & through out our stay for any questions we had. Thank you Laurie for making our stay so easy and stress free!!
