The location is very central in the heart of Kempten, right on the pedestrian street.
The apartment is on the 7th. OG, which you can easily reach by elevator from the underground car park.
Living room and bedroom offer a nice view over the city to the north and east.
Ideal for business travelers and holidaymakers.

The apartment has just been renovated and welcomes you in a high, modern standard. The decor is kept clear and offers everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The room layout consists of an open dining and living area with spacious kitchen island, comfortable couch with large LCD TV and access to the guest toilet.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mitten in Kempten

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Top Lage in der Innenstadt. Auch der Zugang zur Wohnung und Tiefgarage war sehr gut beschrieben und klappte problemlos. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Wohnung auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen :)

Great Place!

We loved the property, the location, and the city. We were visiting southern Germany from the US and wanted a location that enabled us to quickly get to many locations in Bavaria. Kempton was perfect. The condo is well located near, the pedestrian street in downtown Kempten where lots of restaurants and shopping are located. The condo was clean and the amenities were as advertised. The photos accurately depicted what we found. We would choose this condo again, if we return to Bavaria.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnungt, Lage etwas laut, aber davon bekommt man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts mit. FiletstĂŒck ist der Whirlpool Positiv: Kurze Wege fĂŒr Einkauf und Kneipenbummel.

Die Unterkunft ist prima! Es ist alles wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Kempten bietet an sich schon viel zum Anschauen und eignet sich hervorragend fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die nĂ€here Umgebung. Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Die FußgĂ€ngerzone mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Altstadt mit Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Alles top!

mega schöne Ferienwohnung, zentrumsnah und gute Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge

Die Wohnung ist super schön und modern eingerichtet. Sehr groß und hell und mega viel Stauraum. Der Whirlpool war das Highlight fĂŒr unsere Kinder. 😉 Die Wohnung ist super sauber und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Sie ist jederzeit zu erreichen und antwortet sehr schnell. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt und Einkaufsmeile entfernt. Viele Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte grad um die Ecke. Kempten an sich ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. In 30-45 Minuten Autofahrzeit sind viele Ausflugsziele erreichbar. Unser Urlaub war leider komplett verregnet, umso froher waren wir ĂŒber diese tolle Wohnung. Sehr gerne wieder!

Moderne Stadtwohnung

Wir haben uns eine Woche lang sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in der großen und modernen Ferienwohnung. Unser 11 jĂ€hriger Sohn hat bequem auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Es gab 2 Fernseher in der Wohnung. FĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf war alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Kempten. Von hier aus kann man sehr viele Ausflugsziele erreichen. Kempten an sich ist auch sehenswert. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz war auch sehr nĂŒtzlich. Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung nochmal mieten.

Ein verlÀngertes Wochenende in Kempten

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal an der schönen Altstadt. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz gehört dazu . Man hat einen schönen Blick ĂŒber die DĂ€cher. Bei offenem Fenster wĂ€re es etwas laut, aber durch die vorhandene Klimaanlage kann man bei geschlossenem Fenster absolut ruhig schlafen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und verlief reibungslos.
