At our "Salt Breeze Bungalow", when the breeze is just right - you can smell the salt from the sea. The bungalow has been newly renovated and is close to everything including 1.5 miles to Mother's Beach, Gooch's Beach, & 2 miles to Dock Square Kennebunkport. When you stay at this charming home off Sea Road in a great family-friendly neighborhood, you will have all the amenities of home! Perfectly located to spend the day at the beach and pick up lunch at Bennett's Store on your way, then head to town for dinner or cook at home and eat outside in the back yard!

This bungalow was renovated in 2023, and features a bright and spacious all new kitchen with stainless steal appliances, quartz countertops and tiled backsplash and floor. The bathroom has been redesigned and updated with all new fixtures including tiled floors, tub surround and designer finishes. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home features a king sided bed in one bedroom and 2 twin sized beds in the second bedroom. In the living room the couch pulls out into a queen sized bed.

This space is specifically stocked and decorated to host nightly guests. The beds have cotton bedding and sheets. Please reach out with any questions you might have.The entire property is designated for our guests only.

The neighborhood is perfect for walking or riding your bikes around as a family after dinner; Quiet for resting up to tackle another beach day, and friendly to feel welcome in our lovely town.

If you visit in the winter months, there is a sledding hill directly beyond the bungalows back yard. Talk about convenience!

We offer beach chairs, beach wagon, towels and an umbrella for our guest use during their stay.
