Management lacks integrity. Lost my trust. Beware.

Staff threw away over $100 of drinks and snacks meant for a softball team there playing in obscene heat. Another guest went to retrieve it from her room, before she had checked out, only to find that a housekeeper had entered the room and threw everything away while we were at the field. The hotel admitted as much at the time but needed management to approve any credit. One day later, and now management refuses to accept responsibility and is putting it in writing that they not only blameless, but claiming there was no issue at all. They could’ve easily apologized for the mistake and given a discount but instead they’d rather show they’re unfit to be trusted and completely lack integrity. We no longer trust them to host any of our teams and will make sure to make known to every other team and tournament that this is a hotel to avoid.

Wonderful place to stay. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that made me sad was the pool was extremely cold and the hot tub not so hot. But that's just me. I really don't like cold water.

Don’t take dogs here! They will try to pass off someone else’s room as yours and charge you $250 on top of the money you pay for a nightly fee!!!!!
