Great stay!

Great hotel with lovely view of the lake for half the rooms. Comfy beds. Lovely staff. Only complaint is the echo-chamber of a hallway with tile floors.

Paper thin walls

Wasn’t expecting the walls to be paper thin..my fiance and I could hear a couple arguing right next door while trying to get some sleep before our half marathon race the next morning. If they can improve on the noise level I would’ve gave this stay a higher rating..

Room had a terrible chemical smell. Floor in the room had numerous cracks and chips. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower had sufficient hot water. Breakfast did not look bad, your typical free breakfast offerings.

Its by the lake. But the property itself is very poorly maintained. The room we first got was dirty, sink clogged, drapes dirty amd ripped, sheets stained AND found a bed bug. Horrible experience never have I stayed at a hotel for the price I paid and had such a horrible experience. pool area being dirty and only 3ft., jacuzzi not working properly. Breakfast claim to be hot buffet only had three items to choose from and was not good at all. Never will I ever recommend or go to this hotel again

Early check-in sucked!!!

Once we finally checked in at night everything was great. I called early in the morning to see if we could check in a little early since we mad a 3 o’clock event we needed to be at. The guy I talked to said our room would be available a little after 2. When we got there, not sure if it was the same guy , he bluntly said that there were no rooms ready until 3. Didn’t even make any effort to see if anything was available. Will not stay here again just because of that guy.

You think this would be a nice place but the pool and jacuzzi is disgusting with dirt and film around it. It was dirty and the breakfast was the worst ive ever had and you can say anything the staff is so rude. Ill never stay there again and highly recommend no one else does. Everything breaking and the bedding was like a shower curtains

There was a very artificial "smell"/ fragrance in my room, which i am very sensitive to. Tile was broken, closet in the room was in need of attention//repair. Property could use some attention overall.
