What stands out is the service, one of the friendliest service ever from a hotel, the boys serving breakfast are second to none, absolute superb they are, makes a great start to the day, very positive which is what we like

Excellent bb in Lake District

Very good bb. A few minutes drive to center of town. Very nice breakfast served on white maps. Very friendly. The only problem was a very weak stream of the shower

Great Place in Keswick.

Lovely place to stay in Keswick, a little bit from the town centre for walking but a very short distance from the bus route into town and elsewhere. Nice room and facilities, food fantastic and the staff simply can't do enough for you. We would certainly highly recommend this accommodation without any hesitation. Its a Gem with plenty of car parking.

This one’s a keeper.

Each person working there was kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Breakfast was superb. Room was spacious. Bathroom included a tub - first time I did have to use a shower. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. I would stay there again.

The host family is super friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful house, definitely recommend this place to any visitors to Keswick. Their breakfast is delicious and well prepared.
