Die Lage zum Balaton ist mit ca. 300 Metern und damit zu Fuß zu erreichen hervorragend. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein leckeres Restaurant befindet sich befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Objekt besteht aus 2 Mieteinheiten. Ich fand, das geht aus dem Inserat nicht hervor, sollte man aber wissen. Man wird also nicht allein sein auf dem Gelände und teilt sich natürlich auch den Pool. Die Inneneinrichtung hat bessere Tage gesehen. Da sollte was gemacht werden. Ganz wichtig, die separate Toilette der Einheit, es gibt nur die, hat kein Fenster und keine Lüftung. Ein Verlängerungskabel und ein kleiner Ventilator können hier helfen. Die Klimaanlage steht auch nur in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. Die im Wohnzimmer war zu unserem Besuch defekt.

Das Objekt ist schon sehr runter gekommen, sollte man einiges machen
So war alles vorhanden an Geschirr und Besteck, aber die Möbel und das Objekt ist schon sehr runter gekommen, da sollte man einiges machen (dann könnte man ja mehr Miete verlangen) das schönste war der Pool, da konnte man schon von einiges hinweg sehen. Das ist nicht böse gemeint mit der Beurteilung, aber wir befanden es so.
