Bathroom sink leaked, dirty pillows and under the bed was a pill and garbage and a cockroach in the bed! They refused to refund when we left

Bath tub was very dirty in one of the rooms and no bar soap in other room. When we checked in at 6:00 pm only one room was ready

Despite the efforts of some very kind and over worked staff this hotel should not be open. It’s dirty, elevator does not work properly, rooms are bot clean or ready, our fire sprinklers were leaking in room over bed and in bathroom. Our room was not ready and even when told it was the bed was stripped and not remade. I found trash under bed. The toilet wasn’t working and took a day to fix it. Shout out to the woman who works there (apparently around the clock) who was trying to do everything. Also the maintenance guy who ended up working the front desk so he wasn’t able to come fix the toilet. Hotel is run down and understaffed. Employees were trying and were polite. I felt badly for them. Stay elsewhere!

Staff unsure of things, noisy and cleaning rooms at 8 pm or later in the night. Powder all over the elevator just looks aweful. No air and when I asked for a fan owner said he sent someone up with one which wasn't true but I did find a worker to give me one. Just not everything that was advertised in ad. No shuttle as advertised.

It was close to a place to eat. That's all I liked. The check in process was the worst I've ever experienced and overpriced for the condition of the property

There was an old bar of soap in the shower, the mini fridge leaked water, the TB remote was missing and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk.
