This tri-level, 2,800-square-foot beautiful townhome is located in West Ketchum near the River Run ski lifts. It features the most sought-after combination of furnishings, location, amenities, and air conditioning. This property has wonderful sunlight and is beautifully furnished. On the first level, as you enter the townhome, there are two bedrooms, a Master Suite with a Queen bed and a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a private deck. The master bathroom has an extra-large shower, a soaking tub, and a single vanity sink. The guest bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. This room has an en-suite bath with a shower/tub and a single vanity sink. The laundry area with a full-size washer/ dryer is also on this level.

The second level features hardwood floors and a sunken living room with ample seating to relax in. Enjoy the two-sided fireplace, 50-inch flat-screen TV, and the spacious deck with a BBQ grill. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a granite countertop is sunny and has a cooking island with 2 bar stools; the dining area seats 6. There is also a small desk area, should you need a workstation. This is a wonderful unit with an exceptional entertaining area. A small powder room is next to the kitchen, and the additional Master Suite is on this level. The master bedroom has a King bed and a 39-inch flat-screen smart TV with so you can log in to your AppleTV, Netflix, etc. (no cable). There is an additional two-sided gas fireplace in this bedroom, and the master bath has an extra-large whirlpool bath where you can enjoy the fireplace. Slate countertops with a 2-sink vanity and a separate shower area.

On the third level is the spacious loft area with a large couch and table with 6 chairs and a queen Murphy bed. There is also a full bathroom with a shower on this level. Southern windows and decks of this townhome have tons of sun throughout the day and a whole-house water filtration system. NO GARAGE. There is only one parking space assigned to this unit.

Complex Features: Alpine Lodging Sun Valley proudly presents the Harriman Townhomes. The Harriman Townhomes are located one block from the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain, one block from the bike path, and only a few blocks from the restaurants and shops of Central Ketchum. These townhomes share the hot tub and the year-round pool at the Christophe Condominiums. Free on-site parking. There is a free shuttle that picks up a half block away that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mt., downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts.

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

2nd stay here just as good

This was the 2nd time we have rented this house. The first time in the summer and the second to ski. The location is solid. You can walk to town and the main lift. Each about .25 - .5 mile but not bad and very manageable.Each time the house was clean and in good shape.

Great location!

We loved this house for a friends reunion trip. The location was ideal, walkable to the restaurants/bars on Main Street and to the shuttle for skiing. The property managers were very responsive to anything we needed in a timely manner.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The management company was very helpful and allowed us to keep our bags at the office due to our early arrival. The property was perfect! Spacious, close to Bald Mountain River Run Lift and walking distance to downtown Ketchum. Property was clean and plenty of parking. Would highly recommend and would reserve again in the future.

An annual favorite

This was our second time staying at this property and for good reason! Great location, layout and well stocked kitchen. The only thing that would make this place even better is making sure the beds are made with at least 2-3 pillows/person. We will be back!

Excellent Group House

This house was perfect for our group of friends for a fun weekend in Sun Valley. Its close walking distance to both downtown as well as the lodges at Bald Mountain. The house itself was incredibly clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment for us to cook breakfast and lunch while we were in town. Another great perk was using the hot tub and pool to relax and have fun. I would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend get away and will consider them in the future when I return to SV.

Great location!

We had a great stay in Harriman Townhome 4! We loved walking to town, views from the balcony and that each sleeping area had its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed and we had a great time cooking out on the grill. Thank you!!

Beautiful Property

This is a perfect location for a family with teens. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the great views. We just took the Mountain Bus to ski, the bus stop is right across from the Best Western. It's a gorgeous home!! Even better than the pictures. Our only issue was the way the property management handled the hot tub. We asked ahead of time if the hot tub was open because we would like to use it. The property manager answered yes. When we arrived at 6:30 on Friday the office was closed, but the key was in the lock box. That was fine, but there was no spa key. When I asked about the key I was told we had to come back into the office during office hours another day to sign a "key waiver". The problem is we came for the weekend to ski. Not visit the property management office. We were not going to cut our ski day short so we could make it back to drive to the property management office. They should have emailed me the "key waiver" ahead of time when I asked about the hot tub. After of all of this we went to look at the hot tub and found the gate was open. But the hot tub is also shared with the Best Western next door, so it was very full.

Beautiful townhouse!

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend at this town house. The location was very close to sun valley ski resort and town. It was so nice to ski and then come back and relax by the fire. We will definitely stay here again!

A hidden gem

A great property in West Ketchum, walking distance to everything. Perfect layout for our group to spread out. The pictures are good but its even better in person. The townhome is well appointed with everything from loads of towels to many kitchen accessories for cooking. Alpine is one of the best property management companies to work with and they are responsive after office hours if needed. We will stay again!
