This home is centrally located, making it easy to get around if you want to leave the car behind. The local bike path and bus system are just steps away on Warm Springs Road, and you'll be a short distance from the ski lifts at Warm Springs. Walk to Ketchum or drive into Sun Valley for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The local YMCA is just a short walk away for your morning workout, while Atkinson's Park is close by for a great place to walk.

Great little condo

This was a wonderful little condo to stay in for our conference in Ketchum. 4 minutes (driving distance) away from downtown. Very clean and great aminities. We appreciated the coffee maker, microwave, extra towels and smart tv. Beds were also very comfortable.

The apartment was close to downtown Ketchum and a short drive to may attractions. Also, it was well set up with a full kitchen and lots of linens. It was clean and comfortable.

A bit tired

I'm a little confused at so many glowing 5-star reviews of this condo. It was fine, albeit basic, cheap and dated feeling to us. It was certainly much lower level than rentals we typically get. You would argue that this is the price point, and maybe that's just true for Ketchum in winter but it was not remotely worth the price we paid for 2 nights. On a positive note, it was clean and close enough to town to walk.

A good weekend

My wife, 2 dogs and I stayed here for a long weekend. Everything was as expected with the place. It was cozy and worked perfect for what we needed. We like to cook and we're able to accomplish some straightforward meals with the kitchen and the grill outside. The place stayed plenty warm with the gas fireplace too. The location of the place was excellent for us because we were able to let our dogs out into the school feild, which was 25 feet from the door, so they could stretch their legs and do their business. The location was also great because it was about a 5-7 minute walk to get to the north end of main street by taking the trail through the school which was shorter and avoiding walking along warm springs road. We walked to dinner and the breweries multiple times, and along the wood river trail with the dogs. It was perfect.

Nice dog-friendly condo

We enjoyed many aspects of the place, including but not limited to affordability, dog-friendly, and location. The place seemed aptly supplied and decorated (not too much, not too little). We'll definitely return.

Water outages and noise

A few days before our booked trip we were notified of a possible water outage during one day of our stay. Turns out there were periodic outages over four days. Additionally the water line replacement was adjacent to our rental. One day a member of the party stayed behind and said the place literally shook with the jackhammering. There is nothing relaxing about that. We have used VRBO other times and never had a complaint but this property with all of that was not worth the charges. Unfortunately we could not change plans with the short notice. This is the second time that our rental was associated with Vacasa and we’ve had problems. My attempts to contact them prior to arriving through the app went unanswered so we had to call. I’ve had better luck with individual owners. I have also let vacasa know of our concerns but have not heard anything back.

Close to river, fields & town ...great for family/dogs

Great check in process with Covid and lock box. Clean property with good amount of seating for family inside. We did extra cleaning with Clorox Wipes but dent comfortable with ability to easily air out property. Close to Lefty’s for burgers/drinks, walk to Java for coffee outdoors or the river. Fields right out front door and very dog friendly neighborhood. Prefer this location over last Parkside condo due to proximity to river/fields and more seating in family area. Coffee maker broken & Vacasa got my mother one promptly.

Perfect Stay!

Great Place to Stay with Fido

Proximity to play field was terrific if you’re traveling with your pup. Condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. One caveat is if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs as there’s little to no soundproofing between condo units.
