Venture Park Villas is a spacious, three-bedroom home offering a peaceful retreat in the market town of Kettering. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, itâs a great base for exploring local attractions, visiting for events or for work. With natural light flooding the living area and a cosy conservatory, Venture Park Villas has a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Outside you'll find a private garden and lush greenery, perfect for morning coffee. Ideal for work stays, family getaways and stays with friends, this charming home has a lot to offer in Northamptonshire.
The Space:
Upon entering Venture Park Villas, you will be greeted by the warm and welcoming decor that runs throughout the property. Head through to the living area and you'll find a comfy sofa, a large coffee table and a flat screen TV for entertainment.
The recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen diner sits off the living room. With modern amenities and ample space, this room is perfect for socialising and enjoying meals together.
You will also find the addition of a conservatory which houses a private office space, accessible from the door to the left-hand side. The garden area which features ample outdoor space can be accessed from the conservatory. Further to the patio area, the property is home to a stretch of grass that is securely enclosed.
A downstairs toilet and sink finish off the ground floor facilities.
Head up the stairs and you'll find three bedrooms sleeping up to five guests in total. The first of the bedrooms has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin single beds and the third bedroom accommodates one guest with a single bed. All three bedrooms are well lit with natural light, and they all have ample storage space for clothing and accessories during your stay.
The fully tiled, family bathroom comprises of a modern bath with a shower over the top, a large sink and toilet.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Venture Park Villas are accessed via a key safe box. Full details will be provided prior to check-in.
Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.
