Doc's Holiday updated 2bed/2bath half duplex with Cabana Club

This half dupex in Key Colony Beach is situated on the East side of the island, just a short stroll away from the Cabana Club! Your rental includes access to this fantastic amenity.

Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this half duplex offers a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. The guest bedroom is equipped with bunk beds and a double bed. The updated guest bathroom boasts a stunning shower, and quality linens and bedding ensure comfort from the moment you arrive,... even if you've caught a bit of sun on your first day.

The kitchen and living room are thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan, creating a relaxed atmosphere with scenic outdoor views. Sliding glass doors on the North and West sides of the living room provide expansive views, welcoming in light breezes and the delightful sounds of island laughter and music as watercraft return from a day on the ocean.

Features include the modern furnishings, Central A/C, Outdoor Grill, Surround Sound Flat Screen TV, Wi-Fi, Sleeper Sofa, Breakfast Bar and a Living Room overlooking the water.

There is plenty of room for multuple vehicles. No rvs, campers or motorhomes You can keep a boat on a trailer and launch daily.There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.

This property DOES NOT have any dockage. You may have your boat on a trailer at the property and launch it daily at the public ramps.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Standard accommodations

I was a little disappointed because I was hoping to be able to sit near the water having my coffee in the morning, but there was a large boat obstructing the entire view. It also shows a pool which we never found, nor was there anything in the duplex instructing where to find it. It definitely was not what I was expecting, but it was ok.

Great place

It’s close to the Cabana Club which we enjoyed. Also close to restaurants. The place was great with all you need. A nice basket of amenities and a bottle of wine. The only thing that could be improved was the beds needed to be replaced. They are saggy. But the place was clean and wonderful.

We love Key Colony Beach

The rental needed some updating on furniture appliances and drapery’s. Neighbor next door spent most days with a nail gun and compressor assembling lobster/crab cages and running his business from outside. Kind of annoying. All else was good. Cabana and Havana Jacks.

Better than expected!

This property is really nicely appointed, and sits on a serene canal. The back porch was lovely to sit and have coffee/drinks. The neighborhood was quiet and all the neighbors were super friendly (especially Ed). We were really satisfied with our stay, and highly recommended it to others.

Very clean and 2 blocks from the water

Really wonderful condo - on the canal (in case you rent a kayak) and with a well-equipped kitchen. Downside - The Cabana club is just OK and the living room is pretty cramped. But, still a good value for the area and Marathon is much more fun than Key Largo.

Neat, clean, well-supplied kitchen, good location!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at "Doc's Holiday" and were very happy there. It was close to many fine restaurants, and the Cabana Club with its heated pool was always an attraction. We like to cook as well as eat out, and found the kitchen well-organized and well-supplied with everything we needed. We would come back here anytime!

Great Holiday with Doc's place

really like Docs place. Been in the Keys my whole life. Every thing was new and worked perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed. THe repairs that were done after Irma were impressive. Remember, if you have a boat you wont be able to keep it at this dock you will have to make an arrangement else where. What i loved was the open space, great bathrooms and kitchen. WHat would change was the grill. In my opinion a Q-grill is NOT a grill. In Doc's defense it did not seem like most people had a grill worth a darn. Probasbly due to supply and demand from the storm....
