The Space:
This Oceanfront Luxury Home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a heated beach entry style pool, a Billiards Room, a Pickleball court and dock space for your boat, on the gulf in beautiful Key Largo. Sleeps 11 guests in 5 comfortable suites with tasteful bathrooms.

This high-end ocean retreat features a custom gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all the necessities for all your cooking needs. Enjoy one of two spacious outdoor balcony patios for al fresco dining and watching sunrise and sunset views. Large lot with gorgeous cascade waterfall feature pool and outdoor grilling and seating area for your enjoyment. Unparalleled views throughout the entire home! Private Dock, 45 minutes from the Miami International Airport (MIA), and ample parking for both cars and a boat trailer. Exotic, safe, beautiful community off Manatee Bay sound and private gated compound and home. Perfect for sportsmen, families, couples, and seniors!! Sub-Tropical Luxury at its finest!

NOTE: This rental is for the exclusive use of this entire home and its pool/outdoor spaces. The home is separated within our compound and pool is not shared. We do own the home next door which offers 3bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, should you need additional space for a large travel group (www.vrbo.com/2546117). That home is a completely separate listing and is an additional reservation, not part of this home.
Our boat dock lot and pickleball court is however within our fenced compound that houses both of our homes and the dock lot, and that is a shared space between both homes.

With one of the best snorkeling spots in the continental US John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park at mile marker 102.5, you’ll come to love this wonderful island oasis. You’ll delight in the turquoise ocean waters, amazing tropical wildlife, and stunning sunsets throughout your stay. Just a short 3-mile drive to the Mile Marker108 to popular Gilbert's Resort & Tiki Bar featuring some of the best local and national bands along with signature drinks and the best seafood around. If you want to get out on the water, rent a boat (or take a tour!) Or take a break from the beach with something fishy at Shipwrecks Bar & Grill and or kick back at Jimmy Johnsons Big Chill, both within miles.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire house, including the 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy amenities like the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. The property features a private entrance and is located on the waterfront with stunning sea views. For your convenience, there's an elevator that accesses all levels; please ensure the exterior elevator doors are properly closed for safe operation. The property also includes a Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt on the front door for easy access. During your stay, the property gates will remain open, and you will have access to the outdoor pool and garden or backyard.

The house is ideally situated at the entrance to the Florida Keys, in the Manatee Bay community at mile marker 113. This prime location offers easy access to both Miami and the Florida Keys. You're about a 45-minute drive from Miami International Airport, making arrival and departure a breeze. For dining and entertainment, head south: Gilbert’s Resort & Tiki Bar at MM 107 offers beachfront dining, while Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill at MM 103 provides cocktails and live music. Water sports enthusiasts can explore John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park at MM 102 for snorkeling and diving, or enjoy parasailing and sunset cruises with Caribbean Watersports. A week in Paradise

Our family of 9 stayed in this lovely home for almost a week. We had EVERYTHING we needed available and then some. The home is very spacious and inviting with plenty of amenities. Loved that there was so much room even with all of us, we never felt like anyone was “under-foot”. Beds were super comfortable, and the house was nice and clean. The most amazing sunrises were enjoyed up on the large patios. I would definitely recommend this home. The pictures of the home are spot on.

Beautiful view and property!

This was an amazing property! Lots of open space and room. The views were amazing! Elevator for convenience, kitchen was spacious, pool was amazing and the gated home was safe. We cooked quite a bit there and the fridge and freezer separate were perfect. Nothing negative about the stay. Only small but not major issues were just saucepans and pots/pans were lacking in terms of cooking for 9 of us but we figured it out :) Temperature of shower in master was hard to figure out so couldn’t do hot showers in master bath but we survived :) Everything else was wonderful.

Fantastic fun in the sun

Beautiful big house in a great location. Best sunrises from the top deck. Kitchen is amazing. Location is great, you are in the keys but only 15 minutes from Homestead, you can get deliveries from BJ's and Walmart. Kayaks are great for adventures. Pool is top notch we were in it everyday. Thanks to Whitman for a great vacation.

Problems from day 1

Our vacation was from January2nd-January 10th. I have met/spoken with the following people to fix issues that came up:Ray.multiple times to fix the stove. 6 plus hrs onJanuary 3rd. They were there until 6pm. Thenthey figured out they had the wrong part and thusRay also had to return Monday with the correct part.Karysa the property mngr..i called 6 times until she quit around January 4th. She didn't provide much help at all.Bravo..fixed loose floorboards, fixed 1 door of 4that did not work, rebolted dishwasher.Joel..tried multiple times to fix the pool heaterand finally succeeded after 4 days.Brandon, the general contractor..and I talkedand texted him multiple times. He said the nowater/low water pressure and possibly no hotwater in certain areas was due to the local waterauthority and/or something was blocking thewater flow to the house and that's why we didn'thave any water at various times. He confirmed thiswith his engineer.Vicki..owner..and i spoke multiple times and youfelt embarrassed and apologized. She was kindand told me that her previous property managerRob had quit and that Karysa quit as well duringour stay.We didn't have a stove/oven for 3 days.We couldn't use the pool for 4 days.We lost all water multiple times and even duringlaundry and showering times.Doors to the deck and balcony didn't work.Dishwasher issuesHeating system issues and co and smoke detector issuesI would not stay here again unless all these issues were fixed.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING & MAGICAL HOUSE!!!

Our stay at this property was absolutely magical—words and pictures simply don’t do it justice. I feel incredibly fortunate to have experienced such a remarkable place, and my family and I created unforgettable memories that we will cherish forever. The property truly felt like paradise, with breathtaking views that were nothing short of unreal. We didn’t feel the need to venture anywhere else because everything we could have hoped for was right there. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities struck the perfect balance of convenience and thoughtfulness. A special mention goes to Rob, the manager, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and responsive to all our questions. Karysa from Whitman Vacation was equally amazing and made the entire process seamless. If you’re considering a stay here, don’t hesitate—it’s an experience you’ll treasure. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing Property!

We just returned from our amazing weekend at this property. The home is even more beautiful than the photos! Yes...it is exceptional! We loved our stay and hope to return. Very very clean; pool was very nice with walk-in feature on one side and the kitchen was to die for---a full-size refrigerator and freezer. So many features. Book this home--it's a must see!

Probably would have been a great stay if Rob the property manager hadn’t been rude to us

The house had two catastrophic events happen right before our stay and during the stay. I feel like the property manager tried to be accommodating in the beginning, but got frustrated with the situation and then began being rude to us. The house flooded due to a faulty toilet pipe and an electrical fire almost started in an outlet. The power and AC went out as well. None of this was a result of us being there. In fact, we stopped further damage from happening. I just wish the management had been more empathetic to it being our vacation with our family and less rude. I wouldn’t use another Whitman property due to his demeanor. The house is beautiful.

Everything from the property to the property management was a dream come true! This property is fabulous and staying here is even more so! We had Chef Drew (private chef) come prepare a meal for us at the home and he said he has always wanted to see this property and it didn’t disappoint!! He is correct the house was as AMAZING as the chef (not included 😊)! The home and views exceeded my expectations! Any questions we had the management team quickly answered and was always extremely kind! We are looking at dates to return!

Slice of heaven in the Florida Keys!

Feb 2-7, beautiful home with stunning views from every window. The heated pool was wonderful. The weather wasn’t always cooperating so the pickle ball court and billiards offered hours of fun entertainment. Kayaked the surrounding waters - saw colorful iguanas and the last day watched a family of manatees in the cove! Created many family memories and would definitely stay again!

Beauty, luxury, and adventure!

This property was opulent and immaculate!!! We rented in early August and had the time of our lives. Every room had a view and the house itself has many beautiful things to look at. I loved that there was so much refrigerator space and an ice maker. We got a lot of great group photos with all of the amazing backdrops. Their property is gated and secure. We rented a boat and were able to dock it right by the house and navigate to some amazing dive/snorkel sites. There were plenty of restaurants and marinas to grab a bite and a drink both by car and by boat. I really enjoyed the pool with its walk in entrance, waterfall, and more than enough chairs to lay out in. They have a great home management system where you can control various things throughout the house including hooking your phone up to play music and adjust the volume by individual areas. The property managers were extremely responsive with our questions and requests and gave us great advice when it came to planning our trip. Even the info book that they put together for the house is detailed and well thought out. I enjoyed using the kayaks and appreciated that there was an easy boat launch, multiple sizes of life vests, and hose right by the launch. Oh!!!! And the elevator!! Bringing in luggage and groceries was a breeze. I think the massage therapists that came to the house really appreciated when they had to carry up their tables as well. It was the perfect blend of beauty, luxury, and access to adventure!!

Simply amazing!

This home was immaculate! Pictures are exactly what you get with this beautiful home! We had a group of ten and it was perfection. The home was sufficiently supplied with everything you need. Great perk was having the speakers through the home and outside near the pool. Beds were very comfy as well! We had a blast here and loved every minute. Rob was also great with communication! Zero complaints with this home. It was perfect and we hope to be back!

Gorgeous, but…

The pros are the place is spacious and beautiful, with great views from every window! It’s fishing paradise! However, the cons are the week before our stay we got the news the elevator was out for the week and there were other issues that popped up on a daily basis. We had an 83 year old, frail father/grandfather with us who had to manage all of the stairs and it proved difficult for him. Also, there’s a carpenter ant issue - they were even in the beds. A plumbing issue happened another day in the kitchen sink and then one day the irrigation company showed up to fix something while we were trying to enjoy the pool. Furthermore, weirdly there’s a camera that just covered the pool area which felt very intrusive. Some of us left midway because we were sick of dealing with the issues when we were supposed to be enjoying our vacation. We rent homes a few times per year and for the money we spent on this place, I would have definitely expected a better experience.

Awesome property!

We held a family reunion at this property during the second week in April. We had 10 people...7 adults/3 children...4 generations....and this place met the unique needs of each person. Not an easy feat! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, comfortable, accommodating, and provides spectacular views. Can't say enough good things about the management team. They were always quick to answer our questions as we prepared for our trip and they provided just the right amount of contact during our stay. (Kept in touch throughout the week to make sure we didn't need anything, but they didn't go overboard with their check-ins.) If you think the pictures are amazing, you'll be even more amazed when you see the property in person. Definitely a place we would want to revisit in the future.
