Now more than ever it is important it is important to choose a home that is thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. We inspect our homes multiple times each month and follow the AHLA Stay Safe Guidelines to ensure your stay is safe and comfortable. You will also find an initial supply of cleaning and paper products along with handsoap and toiletries. The home has a private entrance and contactless Check-In/Out.

Located in the gated community of Truman Annex: a popular and beautifully landscaped community in Old Town Key West. Enjoy the peaceful tropical landscape and pool while only 2 blocks from the excitement of Duval St. We are just outside the entrance to Ft Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach and so close to many of Key West’s popular attractions. After a full day of taking in many of the island's wonderful experiences, come back to all the comforts of home. This open airy home offers a fully furnished kitchen, eating area, living room and 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Two sets of French doors open to a large deck and beautiful private backyard where you can enjoy a meal or relax and sip umbrella drinks on the chaise lounges in your own private tropical paradise. Gated parking lot with one reserved space.

Great stay. Can't beat location for our family. Close to Duval, Zach Taylor Beach and Mallory Square...also Green Parrot. Up to four bikes available for easy travel around town and to Smathers Beach. Property clean and well kept. Front corner lot, but not an issue for us. We had five adults and plenty of room. 2 and 1/2 baths great. Roomy back patio. Communicated with host multiple times and always received prompt and friendly responses which is much appreciated. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Tracy welcomed us and got us a parking pass to use while we were in Key West. She also had sent us instructions and codes for the condo and bikes before we arrived so we were ready to head out to our favorite places. Kokomo Korner is a very nice condo and in a great location of the Truman Annex. It was our second trip staying in Kokomo Korner and won’t be the last.

Accomodations and location were perfect, we always stay in the truman annex so no.surprises made for a very relaxing vacation...my only complaint is the bath towels as they were quite rough, might be time for new ones (!)

Very clean and well stocked. Within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants and a convenient bus stop nearby for those attractions further away. Bicycles to use to get to anywhere on island. Beach chairs and towels provided. Nice pool available.We all enjoyed our stay.

Quiet paradise near the action

We had a great week at Kokomo Korner. House was exactly as described. Had everything we could need. Would definitely stay there again!! Perfect location. The backyard was bigger than expected and lovely.

A Week in Paradise

Location was excellent! Home was comfortable. Access to pool & bikes was great for our teenagers. Thanks for a great stay. Comment: the shower door is off the track in the master at the top of the stairs and sink stopper needs repair.

Great Location

Hospitality app with all the information needed for check in and check out very convenient. Within walking distance to everything. 2.5 bathrooms a plus. All amenities of home. Secure gated community at night. Follow signs to pool, it's a little hike. Bicycles available. Significant water damage/stained ceilings was our only outlier. Everything else was great! Would stay here again.

Winter Break

We really enjoyed everything about the townhouse especially the courtyard and the location. Having individual bathrooms for each bedroom was a plus, and the house was well equipped. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Overall, a great stay, great location to walk to Old Town areas. Had a major water issue first day there, but property managers took our calls immediately and got a good plumber out to fix the problem. Then housekeepers came after plumbing was done to help clean up. Rest of stay was good with no major issues. Pool is a bit of a walk from this unit, but pool is warm and pool area is nice. Nice parking spot right in front of rental unit. Lighting in unit a bit poor for our older eyes. Bikes were nice as one couple with us rides every day.
