The resort boasts two pools, a lush secluded jacuzzi, and a Tiki bar where everyone gathers for drinks, complimentary coffee in the morning, as well as serving breakfast and lunch. This cozy cottage has a kitchen, living room with a fold out queen size sleeper sofa, queen bed and fully equipped kitchen and bath. Ceilings open to the rooflines with antique, blue glass accents in the peaks. Easy access to the heart of downtown Duval. A front door with direct street access on Eaton street across from the historic Tropic movie theater or enter through the gardens and poolside. The adult pool is literally 6 steps from your back porch. There is a parking space right next to your cottage that can be used for a fee, if it's not already requested. Plenty of parking is available on sight for 20.00 a day, a bargain in K.W. Everything is within walking distance or biking if you wish. KW famous sunsets are 3 blocks away and famous Duval street is just one block, but you wouldn't know it from how secluded and quiet this property is. Maid service is available daily or once a week for a small charge. It is also the famous International Speedboat races. On Saturday and Sunday (the first two days of your week) Duval street is bustling with celebrities and parades of the most incredible boats from all over the world. Stroll at night to listen to jazz and blues or dance to the music three blocks away at Hemingway’s favorite bar, Sloppy Joe’s or Hogs Breath Saloon. The samplings of Key Lime pie are endless, as well as fabulous restaurants with a variety of cuisine for everyone.
