CASA VICTORIA, located in the heart of Old Town just two blocks from Duval Street, is a large 5 bedroom home built with the charm and quirkiness of early 20th century Key West. Dating back to the Cigar Manufacturers' era, CASA VICTORIA exudes the classic Old Town style that makes Key West such a unique vacation experience. This authentic Conch House is close to all that Key West has to offer: restaurants, live theater, museums and nightlife. The indoor and outdoor gathering spaces provide the perfect setting for a large group to enjoy Key West together.

THE LIVING AREA...

CASA VICTORIA has a large front foyer that leads way to the formal dining room that seats up to ten, connecting with the family living area with a large flat screen TV and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is completely equipped to prepare any meal with all of the tools and appliances you'll need for a dining experience with the whole group.

THE POOL AREA...

French doors off the living room and kitchen open to the cool waters of the sparkling private pool and heated spa with waterfall feature, the perfect place to take a dip and unwind after a day exploring. A large covered porch provides outside dining space for cocktails or a leisurely meal prepared on the grill. An additional outside refrigerator adds convenience to the outdoor living space.

We loved staying at Casa Victoria! It was perfect for our couples trip. Spent most of our time on the back patio, enjoying the pool, hot tub, and grill! The managers were very responsive and friendly with our questions. The location was quiet and private but also a short walk to Duvall St and the beach! Overall, highly recommend this property!

House is 100 years old and has some quirks but well maintained and an easy walk to all the sights. We had a three generation family of 10 and could easily fit around the dining room table for dinner and the living room to watch college football. Issue with the hot tub heating up but was resolved within 24 hours.

The house is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect—we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms were comfortable with great beds, and having TVs in every room was a big plus for our family. Our favorite features were the outdoor patio and the hot tub. The hosts were great and very easy to work with. This truly is a lovely Key West home and it made our Christmas vacation especially memorable. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hosts were very attentive. Everything was perfect when we arrived. Such a taste of Key West staying in Casa Victoria. All the individually decorated bedrooms and no squeaky floors. I loved that such an old house had beautiful wood floors. Our group loved the dining area and the large lounging sofa. The outdoor area is great. We spent many hours laughing and relaxing out there. We made a few meals including dinner. The kitchen is well stocked and very easy to work in. The fridge outside (right beside the large group table) is a great idea. We all enjoyed the whole experience.

Family Key West Vacation

This historical property has a great location and is well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cleaning and cooking. Although the buildings are very close together, the pool, hot tub and outdoor area are fenced in for privacy. The 3rd floor bedroom area was perfect for our 4 grandchildren. All ten of us enjoyed the location only a few blocks from Duval St.

Perfect for a relaxing stay in Key West

The location was excellent and totally walkable to Duval street. The small pool was surprisingly fun and easy to make a small whirlpool in (comfortable for 3 adults swimming around). The hotel rooms overlooking the property, especially the backyard and pool, was a bit awkward but the house itself was so nice, spacious, clean and roomy. The bathrooms do not come with shampoo and conditioner so be aware. The two washers and dryers in the laundry building was highly appreciated. The driveway comfortably fits one car and there was pretty convenient street parking right in front of the property that was usually available. The decor of the house was fun - we all enjoyed it a lot. The house was super spacious and I did not notice that much road noise at all. Loved the key lime pie left in the fridge for us. We had a wonderful stay!

A truly comfortable, spacious, and extraordinary home. With many rooms and even more bathrooms, casa Victoria oozed with Key West charm, and provided a first class experience for three sisters and their partners. Minutes from Duval yet far enough away to provide our own little resort lifestyle.

Great for a large family or group

We were delighted by this home! So many spaces to spread out! The highlight was the hot tub and pool and outdoor covered seating area ! The outdoor refrigerator and grill invited us to spend our time out back! Highly recommend!

Amazing

The home is prettier than the pictures. Alice was quick to reply and very helpful. Great backyard and plenty of space to play while some work remotely. Parking was easy in the driveway and on the street right in front of the gate. We will be back. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

Casa Victoria had ample space for all four couples . The decor throughout the home was simply a happy place to be on vacation. Everyday we enjoyed the beautiful round dining table to discuss and set the day or play cards. The jacuzzi and pool were perfect after a long day out walking around. Would definitely come back .

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

We had a fantastic time at the Casa Victoria Historical House over St Patrick's weekend because of the location and multiple areas to hang out and relax. I recommend this spot if you are going with a group of people for a weekend getaway!!!

Great house lots of room for large group. Great laundry . Minor issue pool heaters being repaired and to cold to use pool without it pumps were on order . Did not affect our stay. Out contact person Alice was wonderful always available and helped us with anything we needed The location was very convenient to walk to Duval and most locations even Southern point . Would definitely use this company and house again . Very clean and comfortable.
