THE LOCATION…

If you decide to pull yourself away from this beautiful home, you’ll realize that the best Key West restaurants, live entertainment, and attractions are all within a few blocks of your front door. While you won’t need a car to get around from this fabulous location, there is off-street parking in the driveway for one vehicle if you decide to bring one. If you don’t have a vehicle but want to explore the island in a fun way, Last Key Realty’s concierge service can assist with a golf cart, scooters or bike rentals.

THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…

DUKE OF CATHERINE was built to be the ideal vacation rental. The living area is open and spacious, feeling light and airy. There is a large flat-screen Samsung Frame TV hanging in the living room in front of the large sofa, which pulls out to a queen sleeper for extra guests, and two tropical chairs. A full bathroom is located down the hall.

The open floor plan seamlessly flows between the living area and the kitchen, creating even more open space and making the home feel even larger. This home features a dining table with eight seats so there’s room for the entire royal court. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool your chef will need.

THE BACK PATIO…

The backyard is fully fenced and landscaped for privacy. There’s a propane grill and seating for six at the outdoor dining set, allowing you to enjoy an afternoon BBQ or a dinner under the stars. Take a soak and relax in the spacious hot tub, with room for everyone.

Looking for more space? The backyard connects to both the DUCHESS OF CATHERINE or the QUEEN OF LOUISA. And if you’re bringing a big group, you can rent all 3!

This was a great house just a few steps from Duval Street. Christian, our guest services coordinator, was very helpful throughout our stay. The house was well stocked with essentials like laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, beach towels, and even sunscreen, which was a nice touch.

The home was just as described with full amenities and in a great location that was within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the customer service which was excellent with prompt follow up to a few minor issues we had experienced. We would highly recommend this home for a rental.

The stay was amazing. Brand new house that was nicely appointed. We had a remote control battery issue for a ceiling fan and we had a replacement within 5 minutes. Amazing service. Great Hot tub! The best location off Duval street. They even provided a few surprise amenities!

Great place to stay right on duval street pretty much. Property management is great they met us right at the house when we checked in showed us all around. House was well stock, beds comfortable. There’s the option to leave luggage at their office which is great for check in/out day. Will definitely book there again!

The home was absolutely stunning! Immaculate, as soon as we walked in it smelled so freshly cleaned, and they even had the TV playing a little country music, which was a nice touch! The home had everything you could need it felt just like being at home and the best part is there was plenty of towels for everyone! The hot tub was awesome! We would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the house very much.

Great Location

There was plenty to do and see both ways down Duvall. From Mallory square to the southern most point, we had a great location and the house was perfect for our group. The hot tub and swimming really helped my aching joints after walking all day. Great Stay!
