Close to everything

This was an ideal place to stay to see the town. We parked the car in its parking spot in the back of the apartment and never moved it for the entire time we were there. We walked to everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was clean and met our needs.

The listing is misleading as a kitchen should have a way to prepare meals! There is no stove in this place and really no counter tops either.

Great location. One Block from Duval. Parking was easy. Check in and check out were so easy. The back deck is sketchy, blinds need repaired. Overall very clean and enjoyed our stay here. It is noisy as expected being one block from Duvall.

Cute apartment

Easy to find, short walk to Duval, clean, & plenty of towels. Our only complaint was the outside noise. It sounds like you're sleeping outside. Can hear the planes, people talking, trash trucks, street sweepers, etc. Not good for anyone who is a light sleeper. But other than that, we'd recommend.

Enjoyed this functional little spot. The street outside could get a little loud with all the golf carts and mopeds driving by, but the place was a cozy get away in a great location!

Great location with a few issues

Pros: great location and extremely helpful staff! Cons: It needed better cleaning and the AC filter needed to be changed (I'm guessing it was causing the odor in the bedroom). I will admit I didn't contact anyone about the issues while there so I can't comment on if they would have fixed the issues. I will say I do believe they would have just based on the positive interactions I had with the office staff.

Deferred Maintenance

The property is in a good location. The property needs some help inside. The bathroom door does not close properly and the door knob falls off. I would not call the unit elegant, maybe shaggy chic. The stair case looks like the steps are ready to give way. That said, the staff was helpful and responsive.
