Want to have a large group gathering? We have other rentals that can be combined. Please note a Studio and a 1 Bedroom unit can be combined to form a 2 Bedroom unit. However, this configuration is not guaranteed unless you specifically book a 2 Bedroom unit.

Guets have access to all public spaces. As our resort sits directly on the boardwalk, we are a 5 minute walking to Mallory Square. You can enjoy the sunsets from a swing on the pooldeck.
Other things to note
As owners of the units, we wanted to wish you an excellent vacation. I am certain you will be as happy as we are spending time on and off property.

- Guests must abide by the Resort's rules, policies and terms during the stay
- A valid government issued identification (e.g. drivers license or passport) and credit/debit card is required at check-in for incidentals and damage deposit
- Guests are responsible for any personal expenses incurred while occupying a Unit, as well as for any damage, theft, or loss incurred. For security purposes, keys will only be given to the name on the reservation and a valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Stays of less than 7-nights requires a one-time fee of $60 charged by the Resort to the Guest at check-out which the Guest will be responsible for so please factor this cost in when booking.
- Actual unit will be assigned by the front desk of the resort when you check-in. Pictures and images for this listing are representative and were taken in the past of various units at this resort.
