LA DOLCE VITA is located in Old Town, Key West!! Just 3 short blocks to Southernmost Beach and Southernmost Point in the heart of the Historic District.

The condo is totally renovated! It has dramatic high 14 ft ceilings, a granite countertop, galley style kitchen, stainless steel appliances refrigerator w/ great ice maker, 2 burner glass cooktop, large microwave. It has cherry wood floors, queen size bed w/ memory foam mattress, 75 inch flat screen Smart TV in living room, 35' flat screen Roku TV in bedroom, ceiling fans, full bathroom, crown molding throughout w/ recessed lighting on dimmer switches.

This condo is on the second floor and has a shared porch with 2 sitting chairs on a large wrap around balcony where you can sit w/ your favorite drink and listen to the sounds of Key West. :))

Walk everywhere! You don’t need a car with this location!! Walk to all bars, restaurants and shopping! Just a few blocks from Southernmost Beach! You are only steps to Duval Street!!

'La Dolce Vita' is on the second floor of an old Victorian, Key West style building with wraparound balcony.

A short bike ride away in the Historic Seaport at Conch Harbor is Dante's pool & Raw Bar at 951 Caroline Street. They have a large swimming pool, restaurant, full bar, Tiki bar and it is open to the public (pets are welcome).

A block away at 300 Catherine Street is the Community Center which has a large pool, picnic tables, basketball courts & a playground. It is open to the public. Weekend hours vary. Phone # 305-809-3876.

A few short blocks away is Southernmost Beach on the Atlantic Ocean which is free to the public. There is Southernmost Cafe which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and Happy Hour!

A few blocks away is Fort Zachary Taylor Beach. It is Key West's most beautiful beach. It is approximately a 20 minute walk and there is a fee to enter the park/beach.

You will NOT need a car with this location! Park it and leave it! WALK EVERYWHERE! :)

Clean, comfortable place with a convenient location. For Key West this is probably a great find. It lags compared to similar rentals in other cities though. There is minimal space to eat with no real dining table. That's okay because you're probably going to be eating out a lot. Also no dishwasher which means everyone hand washes their dishes and you don't know how good of a job the previous tenants did. Strangely the TV would turn on by itself when I was out or in the middle of the night so I had to keep it unplugged. The main issue is that the walls are very very thin. Other tenants in the building blasted music, I could hear a neighbor snoring all night, and you can definitely hear the local establishments playing live music. Again this might be the same anywhere you stay close to Duval Street. Other reviews said it was quiet but it really depends.

Fantastic location.

The convenient location cannot be overstated! Loved that we could walk to everything and still enjoy a quiet evening. Note that this is on the second floor, so you will need to be able to carry your luggage upstairs. There are many rentals in this building and they are not named. We struggled locating our unit and did so by chance when the door code worked. There is a sticker in the window of this unit, so be sure to ask for directions.

Beautiful Location!

We spent 10 wonderful nights at La Dolce Vita and it was conveniently close to Old Town Key West and all the best beaches. This booking is amazing and you will not be disappointed. Checking in was so easy and the condo was spotless. I will definitely book this gem again when I return to Key West.

Very clean and organized. Location great. Parking for golf cart very challenging. Would be nice to offer a designated parking spot for price that you are paying. Air conditioning needs some improvement. You can not adjust thermastat under 72 degrees. Eventhough it was set at 72 the temperature stayed between 76-78 degrees. It is on 2nd floor as stated in property description but the steps are steep and there are many so pack luggage in small carryable bags. I would rate property between 3 1/2 to 4 stars. Property owners communicated well. It is a very small apt but well appointed.

Don't bring a car

You can walk everywhere but parking is an issue in Key West. We had to pay 40.00 a night to park and it was a long walk back. We were told that there is parking on the streets and parking lots but not for 24 hours. We did finally on our last day find a spot on a side street that is 24 hours but it is difficult to find because of the traffic. Good Luck, otherwise the artist that owns this cute little piece of heaven has done a superior job decorating.
