I am disabled and had help at the airports. We arrived about 6 or 630. No help was available! From 5 p.m.till morning, the help is off work!!! No bell hop, no ride to the room! I was actually crying from the pain! And it was a good distance away from Lobby! And when we left this morning, had tobe at airport at 5 a.m. Again zero help. I know the resort has enough money to hire a 2nd shift. I am disappointed. We will not be back or recommend it to anyone

Perfect for a relaxing and fun getaway

We thought the hotel was perfect! Everything was clean, new, and decorated nicely. The pools were quiet during the week, access to the water activities and hotel activities were great, restaurant food and coffee/to go bar was always good (slightly overpriced for certain things) and all of the staff were extremely nice. The location was good for us as we were looking for something more quiet and relaxing away from duval st craziness and did not mind the short shuttle bus ride into downtown or getting an uber somewhere if we needed to. Only very minor criticism because I am very picky is sometimes our room got a slight bit musty smelling, the pillows weren't the best/flat and water pressure in the shower was very low. We would have loved to do a fishing charter and convenient that some left right from the hotels marina, we also enjoyed walking the docks and looking at all of the boats and yachts. We would give it 10/10 and absolutely return again!

Beautiful property. Clean and spacious rooms, gorgeous landscaping, ping-pong/chess games pool side, comfy deck chairs. Great kayak experience. Only complaint was overcrowded shuttle to town with guests pushing to get a space and driver not honouring our reservation.

We had a blanket of the bed which had blood from previous renters . We told front desk and they said housekeeping will take care of it immediately. We left into town for the day and when we returned to our room the blanket was still on the bed and housekeeping g never changed it . I returned to front desk that night and told them again about the problem and after waiting an hour housekeeping finally showed up and changed the blanket so why wasn't it done that morning when I was told it would be handled immediately and why was a blanket with blood on the bed in the first place.

we stayed at an oceanview room on the 3rd floor by building 1. The property was not very clean. as soon as I entered the room, there was a musty and moldy smell in the room. i left the balcony door open essentially the entire time we were there. there was a lot of dust over the surfaces (tables, etc). it looked like the room needed some deep cleaning. i was charged $50 per day for resort fees which we did not utilize. key west is expensive in general since it is a tourist destination. Howver I did not feel that the place lived up to its price.

Very nice room with a ton of space and beautiful grounds. The location is a bit off the beaten path and the gym could use some help but I’d stay here again for sure! Very pet friendly and well maintained
