This property far and away exceeded our expectations! From the amazing staff to the beautiful room and amazing facilities, we loved every moment of our vacation! The free shuttle to Key West was icing on the cake! I’d vastly prefer staying at your quiet, beautiful hotel than staying in Key West proper. It was the best of both worlds! Highly recommended!!!

I was charged for parking and resort fees without any disclosure that I would be charged those fees. I had a reservation through expedia that gave me a all in price per night that did involve any of those fees. And to charged for parking on there property is flat out ridiculous!!!!!

Our stay at this Key West resort was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome—and to our delight, we received a complimentary upgrade to an ocean-view room. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with a view of the turquoise water was an experience we’ll never forget. The resort’s commitment to sustainability really stood out. It’s refreshing to see a place so beautifully integrated with nature while still offering top-tier comfort and style. We loved the lush landscaping, natural materials, and eco-conscious touches throughout the property. One of the best surprises was the complimentary use of kayaks and paddle boards. We spent hours exploring the calm waters right from the resort’s private beach—it was the perfect way to soak up the sun and connect with the natural beauty of the Keys. If you're looking for a serene, environmentally conscious getaway with luxury touches and thoughtful service, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a nice room with a view of the pool and a partition door to separate our group. The grounds were generally clean, and getting in and out and finding parking was never a problem. However, when we came home from dinner on the 2nd night the number of mosquitoes that appeared out of nowhere was ridiculous. Our door was open for 10 seconds for everyone to get in, and we probably killed 50 insects over the next 30 minutes. Key West's reputation for biting bugs is not a joke.

Love the resort and the people. The neighborhood is not walkable to restaurants but the shuttle is awesome and prompt.
