Step inside to an open and cherry space boasting soaring ceilings and plentiful space for your family gatherings. Enjoy prepping meals together in this fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 4 and indoor dining for 4. Comfortable furnishings surround the living space with a TV for lazy days with lush views of your outdoor oasis through a set of French doors.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Find a plush queen primary suite up the stairs equipped with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination with a private balcony surrounded by vibrant vegetation. The 3rd floor comes with a 2nd queen guest room with a TV and en suite bathroom with a shower. A sofa sleeper resides in the living room with convenience to a powder room off the kitchen.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Enjoy your very own slice of Paradise on your private deck and patio as your grill up your fresh catch over Happy Hour. Cool off in the Foundry community pool equipped with plenty of loungers. Located in the most desirable community in Key West, this home is walking distance from the Truman Waterfront, Truman Little White House and all the fun on Duval St.

Pets 10 pounds or less are allowed with a required pet fee. Please include the size and breed when inquiring.

PARKING...
A parking spot is available to you to make coming and going a breeze! No trailers, boats, jet skis or motor homes are allowed. No vehicle length over 18’ long, including trailer hitches, or 80” wide is allowed on property.

For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. Best Location On Island & Very Very Nice

The property was excellent. Super-clean. Well supplied. The only difficult part is that it's 3 levels. Bottom floor is main with kitchen, living, bathroom. 2nd & 3rd floors are the two bedrooms bathrooms. All very nice but a bit of a challenge to carry luggage up, etc... Not a showstopper though. The place is so nice and location is perfect and only 1 block from the pool. Will definitely be back!

Great stay

The property was clean, welcoming and convenient to all of the activities Key West has to offer. The development the home was located in is gorgeous. The only complaint that I would have is the listing stated there was an office which there wasn’t and the washer and dryer that were provided smelled like mold.

ice maker didn’t work, towel bars falling down. TV confusing to work, kept rebooting. pool location was a walk to get there and it was disappointingly small parking not very convenient the listing was misleading on several items (pool, parking)

Perfect location

This condo was just the right size for our two couples. It was a great walkable location ( we wish we hadn’t rented a car) but far enough away from the noise. The controls use a few simple updates like felt pads on the feet of the kitchen chairs (to prevent noise and make them easier to move) a new kitchen trash can and a few more dishes to store leftovers etc. The pocket doors are a nice space saver but could use some adjustment. Overall though it’s very nice, clean and easy to get to. The rental agency staff were kind and accessible when needed for questions.

LA Resort

Beautiful place! Bright and airy with white and wicker furniture. A beach resort. Nice quiet lane in Truman Annex. Enough room for all of us to be together but have a lot of space.

Loved this brownstone!

We had a wonderful stay here. Luv the Annex & sitting on the porch. The lay out of the home worked well for our family & it was so very quiet. Our coffee maker did not work the 1st morning-a text was sent w/ immediate response & a replacement w minutes! So pleasantly surprised.! It could use a bit of updating, but would definitely stay there again! Nancy

Nice location

The condo was nice, not really suitable for older people. There were no handrails on the steep stairs going to second floor. Stairs going to 3rd floor had handrails, but were very steep. Bathrooms were extremely small and outdated. There were no safety rails in either. Other than those safety features, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. There is only one parking place,though, and trying to find parking for the golf cart we rented was challenging.

Cute place, but needs updates and repairs. The latch on the gate has a bit of metal sticking up, which cut my thumb when trying to open it. The air was very stale, so we checked the filter, it hadn’t been changed in months! We changed it. The blinds on the doors had several broken slates. There are lights that have shortage issues, the one beside the entertainment center and master bath. The ironing board won’t open and has large piece of broken metal that sticks up through the middle of the board. The iron just leaks water everywhere. We could list other items, but won’t list all. Bottom line, for what we paid, it was fine, but needs repair and serious updates.

This property was wonderful!!! Perfect location close enough to walk to just about everything but neighborhood is quite so you can relax
. It really could not have been better nor could we have asked for anything to be different

Great Location/Okay Property

The townhouse was very clean, the layout is great, and the location is so convenient you can walk everywhere. Our only issue was the property needs some TLC: broken/cracked floor tiles in the LR, the rattan furniture is worn where you can see the foam insert on 1 arm of the couch, the bathroom mirrors have blotchy spots they're so old, and the shower in the 3rd floor bathroom has a rusty shampoo/soap holder and rust spots on the walls. Also both bedrooms have outlets that don't work. Could use some updating but again, great location and very clean so I give an Overall 4 stars for that!

Ideal location and amenities.

While furniture and bathrooms could use a major upgrade, the majority of our time was spent out around town. The pool was close and we were able to walk to most anywhere (Mallory Square, Duval/Caroline restaurants and bars, sunset cruise, etc. ). While we were never nervous, the keyed gate access after 6pm added to our peace of mind. Our consensus was that next time in Key West, Truman Annex would be our top choice to stay.
