This penthouse condo has been completely renovated in 2023, including new beds and furniture, and offers a stunning retreat in the heart of River Run Village in Keystone, Colorado. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this modern-style condo accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. The sleek black and white decorations throughout the space create an elegant and contemporary atmosphere.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting entryway complete with mounted hooks, a closet and a convenient bench. The first of two living areaa boasts a flat screen TV adjacent to a stacked stone gas fireplace, perfect for cozy gatherings. Vaulted ceilings and ample windows bathe the space in natural light and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding slopes.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and modern appliances, making it a chef's dream. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need. The spacious dining area comfortably seats ten guests, with additional seating for four available at the breakfast bar. Adjacent to the dining area is a private balcony that spans the length of the room, providing a picturesque setting to enjoy village and ski slope views. The condo offers two private balconies, both offering stunning views of the slopes.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated and designed to provide the utmost comfort. The apartment was on the third floor, and one week before the lease started, I was informed that the elevator was not working.In practice, this meant climbing four floors every single day — from the garage to the apartment — without an elevator, while carrying ski equipment, grocery shopping, and other items.This is an essential condition of the property that simply ceased to exist, directly impacting the use, comfort, and overall rental experience.The result was an extremely poor experience.

The place is amazing, its location is perfect to enjoy mountains around stores in the center of keystone.The apartment is beautiful with everything you need to enjoy with your family. Very recommended The only problem is that elevators were not working and the apartment is on 3rd floor so from the garage are four floors to go on stairs, it is complicated when you move a lot of luggage and old people. The maintenence crew of the building told us that the elevators were not working since 3 months ago. More attention to this because the price of this apartament must include this helpful tool to be used.

No Heat for the first 24 hours of our stay and no compensation offered

I do not recommend renting from Summit County Mountain Retreats in Keystone, CO. We inquired about early check-in and were told it would be 15 per hour. I am glad we did not make it to check in early because there was no heat in our condo for the first 24 hours. It was December 6, and it was absolutely freezing inside the unit. We had gloves, ski jackets and hats on inside and were still freezing. Summit County Mountain Retreats were very responsive and apologetic and sent space heaters for use, but with 2 fireplaces and 4 space heaters running (and tripping breakers) it still was not warm enough with the 2 story ceilings. We had an expectant mother and a senior citizen in our group. I constantly asked when the heat would be fixed and asked if I would be compensated for one night. I was told that “management would be able to discuss compensation after check out in case anything else may occur.” I asked to be moved and they let me know if the lack of heat persisted into Saturday the would try their best to get us moved. I messaged them again Saturday morning, still no heat. I was told they will keep us updated and the HOA should have it fixed some point during the day. At 4:47pm we got back from skiing and the radiators still had no heat blowing into the unit. They sent out maintenance who said that the radiators were working properly. It finally started warming up that evening. We received a message Monday morning that they would be shutting off the heat and hot water for 3

Great but a major issue in the bathroom

The property was nice however we had 2 significant issues; (1) There was a leak from the primary bathroom light/fan emitting a toxic smelling liquid constantly. Maintenance could not fix during our stay so the bathroom was not operational and with 9 guests, this was an issue. (2) the refrigerator/freezer was broken so 2 small refrigerators were provided.

Family wedding weekend.

This rental property is well located in River Run. It was well stocked, clean and perfect for our family. There is a lot of construction across the street so be prepared for 7 am wake-ups every day except for Sunday. Unfortunately, there was an issue in Arapahoe Lodge during our entire stay. The entire building smelled horribly (like sewage). We had several bathrooms in our unit that smelled throughout our stay. The management company didn't respond to our questions about the smell until I called again after we checked out. I still haven't received a response to my request for a refund of some sort.

Nice location - ditch the property management company

The location is great, the condo is spacious and comfortable, but the management company is less than ideal. They weren't great to work with the condo didn't appear to be that well taken care of was pretty dirty upon check in. The floors weren't very clean, the place looked like it hadn't been dusted in a year and there were food on some of the kitchen walls along with not so clean bathrooms. It looks like they just clean the main surfaces and thats about it. If you want an early check in or need to speak with the management company, have fun with that. Nobody really seems to care much about you or your needs and would just rather not be bothered. This was my experience before I even checked in.

Amazing location steps from the gondola

We had a great stay! The penthouse was spacious and well furnished. Its location in the village made access to the mountain very easy along with entertainment and dining options. All communication from the host was clear and helpful. This property is highly recommended!
